I hope that Pelts kicks him in training. Unlikely though! LINKI don't think that this is as ambitious a move as I was expecting for the much-vaunted striker; I had imagined he was going to lighting up the Greedy League.

Correction - Posh have accepted a bid; doesn't mean he'll go there.

Yes, I know about Norwich and QPR, so I can't really see him pitching-up at Leicester, can you?

I rather thought that he would hope to spend his last big contract playing days at the top rather than in hope that he might get there with Leicester.

the way they are buying players they will either storm the league or implode.

Well, QPR/Norwich are guaranteed Premiership football next season, Leicester aren't guaranteed it the season after.
Would laugh if Peterborough finished higher than Leicester, but the chances of that happening are equal to me winning the lottery.

Totally agree ....could be next season's Middlesboro hyped up pre-season and flop in reality....they have made some decent signings on paper though.

I have to say the only way I would laugh if Leicester finish below Posh is: If they finish bottom and Posh 2nd bottom - I would really like to see them go down - to see Fergie junior struggle once more in the big league

I think its a great move for CMS - personally i think Leicester may do a QPR this season, paerticularly if they get off to a good start. Big money invested on good players and they will only get stronger imho - its going to be a hugely difficult league next season with some big teams in there and Leicester/West Ham apart, for me they will all be much of a muchness.

I think Leicester would be a good move for him. They no doubt will be challenging for promotion with the signings of Schmeichel, Peltier, Danns, and possibly himself.
I think people are forgetting Leicester have great potential, good nice stadium, that will be filled week in week out and also the lure of working under Sven Goran Eriksson. Good move.

Mackail-Smith and Hoskins - that's a pretty impressive strikeforce. There definitely won't be any shortage of running there!

Alright guys. Bit of shock down here on the south coast. We knew we were in for him but we never really believed we would pull it off.
