According to sky he's been appointed tonight. Should be a fun fixture now and wonder if he wants any of the players he bought for us, that's if he gets any money to spend ;D ;D ;D

Personally very interested to see how he manages with apparently no money it could be a really good test for him.

Couldnt care less what him or Brum do and certainly not wishing him good luck. Easy 6 points will do me.

Let the fun commence Sounds like a bad move for both parties to me but que sera sera. I'll be interested to hear what (if anything) he has to say about us.

Good luck lee Clark.. Men out of work (even rich ones) tend not to turn jobs down so he has to go for it ... But I get the feeling birmingham is a club on its ass and not even mourinho could turn it round .. But good luck

Good luck to him, he's got a heck of a job on his hands with their dire financial situation. Should give the pro/anti Clark brigade a bit more substance to their arguments come the end of this season coming too

Surprised he's got a job at a top Championship club, but good luck to him, except when we play them of course.

Skint (at the moment) club with a transfer embargo, a large and vociferous local press, lots of expectant fans who aren't that keen on him to start with....wow!
Good luck, you're gonna need it! If you fail here your managerial career will be toast.

Massive test for him.
Complete opposite situation to when he was with us. Going to be very very interesting to see how he gets on next year.
Thats 3 former managers facing us next season.

There's no denying in his first 18 months at Town he seemed to be a young manager with great potential, some of the football we played was brilliant and he made some very astute signings. However, in the end I think the money at his disposal went against him as he brought in too many players and developed a squad far too big. His tactics also became mind numbingly depressing as he was always happier to not lose a match than try win a match. If he's learned from the mistakes he made in his time here then he could well do a decent job at Birmingham, I always liked his passion and although he ultimately failed I hope he does well for himself down there, apart from when they play us.
