They didn't need to get the game abandoned and ruin our day robbing us of our hard earned cash. They didn't protest to inconvenience us they did because of the way they had been treated..I say again that I don't blame them at all. BFC should have refunded us however, it's their responsibility to police their ground you could potentially argue it is their actions that directly caused the protest. Even if that was not their intention, they DID inconvenience us, therefore we have every right to be unsympathetic.

I take the point but I do feel there were.are extenuating circumstances and I don't blame them and can't take pleasure in their position as a genuine football fan. There but for the grace of god and all that...where might we have been if DH not appeared? An extreme comparison maybe but would you choose to have the Oyston family in charge of our club? Tell me if the boot was on the other foot you wouldn't have been on the pitch protesting?

Find another way to make your point without inconveniencing fellow sports fans.

Find another way to make your point without inconveniencing fellow sports fans. I can't disagree with your sentiment and respect your position, for me if it was Town and the same had happened to us (as apparently has at Blackpool) I coul easily see myself protesting in the same way. As some may know I live on the Fylde, understand what has happened at Bloomfield Rd, know many real Tangerine fans and that adds to my position. I agree totally about the precedent...let's see what happens when at the last home game v Wigan....I understand more protests are planned and that game will "mean" something (to Wigan at least)...the football authorities were woefully weak in their ruling and I can see a real can of worms. Whatever my sympathies wit the chosen actions of Blackpool fans the outcome last season should have been very different.

Blackpool fans have every right to protest, but surely it would be in their best interests not to piss fans of other clubs off who would have been sympathetic to their cause.

As posted I didn't blame them and hold no grudge against them or their actions, the football authorities should be made it right for us and didn't.

Personally, I take no pleasure in seeing a club like Blackpool on such a terrible downward spiral. Give me reason why??? Paper had over 4000 votes who is the most hated chairman Karl oyston got 51% of votes the c***!!!!! Blackpool v Wigan will be worse 10x than our game against them living here I get everything that he is doing to that club first class wanker

There must be an end game but I don't know what it is. The conspiracy theory that BFC may ultimately merge with AFC Fylde and leave Bloomfield Rd seems every more possible as opposed to ridiculous.

Two games to go, two points adrift of safety and lowest scorers in the League. It could be about to happen! Beware pitch invasions ...
And ... I've just noticed - they have Martin Paterson in their ranks! Did anyone else see that he had signed for Blackpool? Was it reported in Nick's thread? I can't be arsed to trawl through all of those pages to find out!

Beware pitch invasions ... surely all their so-called fans will be on the beach dragging donkeys around, or picking peoples pockets on the front, or frying donuts in their huts, or selling beer to drunken scotsmen?

perhaps I have missed something in this but I paid to attend a football match and expected to see a full game or at least my money back - particularly as either Blackpool football club (who I paid my money too) or the local police did little to allow the game to finish. if I had pe paid for a room at holiday inn and half way into my stay I was told to leave the hotel I would have expected my money back

I am at a couple loss to understand why the situation that has developed between Blackpool and their fans is a good reason to withhold a refund of my money

I am at a couple loss to understand why the situation that has developed between Blackpool and their fans is a good reason to withhold a refund of my money because a number of dickheads thought it was a good idea at the time and they cannot be held personally responsible for it as there was a few of them. Someone else was to blame.(unspecified)..but pick from blackpool fc, oyston, stewards, police, they either singularly or in collusion forced the dickheads onto the pitch and they could not control their own actions..

Blackpool 0-4 Wigan Nearly there ... If Fleetwood get a point from one of their last two games Blackpool are down. Incidentally, Blackpool fans staged their protest BEFORE the game this season. Tw@s
