John "Rhino" Edwards (Status Quo's bass player) is a big Brentford fan. Maybe we'll see him next Saturday and if not he'll definitely be in Leeds on the 17th December.

Doesn't 'Dodgy Dave' claim to be a Villa fan too? Villa; the team the villains claim to love. He probably had a team of spin doctors risk assess every professional football team in the country to see which one would be the best for Brand Cameron to be associated with. The same with Prince William. Old traditional club Working class area but not obviously so in a way that would look transparent for him to be tagging on to Not full of plastic supporters so would look more authentic that he genuinely supports them No big name rivals that would alienate fans across the country (just Birmingham). My dog probably knows more about football than Cameron, who frequently confuses the team he supports with another one in a similar colour. Don't all us true football supporters do that?![/b] Too true I keep turning up at the Hawthorns thinking I'm a West Brom fan

He'll be supporting West Ham next year: living in a cavernous building built and refurbished to the resident's tastes by the tax payer. How about MK Dons? One is a parasitic organisation founded on flimsy principles, which in a sane and just world probably wouldn't be allowed to exist. And the other...

There was a sitcom in the 80's Called Home To Roost. Staring the great John Thaw (The Father). I believe Matthew the Son was played by a Town Fan. If only I could remember his name. ;-) It was Reece Dinsdale. He was the presenter on a 'behind the scenes' video at Leeds Road which I think I have still got somewhere ! Reece Dinsdale? never heard of him.. now me, im on the rich list somewhere between my wifes hairdresser and the bloke that sorted out our gable end the other week. In hindsight what he cost has probably moved him above me now..damm..

Lots in the music business. Robert Plant always dyed in the wool Wolves fan, Steve Harris from Iron Maiden usually wears West Ham wrist bands on stage and has had one of his signature basses done in WH colours. Elton very involved at Watford for a long time of course. Huddersfield born iron maiden manager Rob Smallwood was a well known town fan.

William chose Villa cos he wanted to support a shit team and have some excitement instead of predictable tedium of Man U and Chelsea. Plus his mates supported them. Good reasons. He's alright. Might have been a case of Catherine saying that she wanted to spend a weekend in a Villa ,and maybe William got it totally wrong.

He's doing The Full Monty tour from September. Very appropriate given he rapped about being 'bigger' than Rosie and Jim's barge.
