Doesn't 'Dodgy Dave' claim to be a Villa fan too? Villa; the team the villains claim to love. Depends whether he gets them mixed up with West Ham again. He got a bit confused that you can't have 2 football clubs like you can houses.

Why don't any of the Royal Family support Queens Park Rangers? I think Ricky Tomlinson is a Liverpool fan. Not sure about Caroline Aherne.

It is not a thread about fucking retard twats who don't know the friggin difference between teams that play in claret and blue.

Doesn't 'Dodgy Dave' claim to be a Villa fan too? Villa; the team the villains claim to love. He probably had a team of spin doctors risk assess every professional football team in the country to see which one would be the best for Brand Cameron to be associated with. The same with Prince William. Old traditional club Working class area but not obviously so in a way that would look transparent for him to be tagging on to Not full of plastic supporters so would look more authentic that he genuinely supports them No big name rivals that would alienate fans across the country (just Birmingham). My dog probably knows more about football than Cameron, who frequently confuses the team he supports with another one in a similar colour. Don't all us true football supporters do that?! My old boss did the same. When he started the business he decided he'd support a premier league team to fit in with the employees.

A fella I know said he picked a premier league side at school to fit in with his school friends. I really don't understand how anyone can just pick out a Club and feel any affiliation or desire to see them succeed.

Bumble. Accrington Stanley. Figures. Likeable even for a Lancastrian and fair play for sticking to his club. I know its not one of life's biggest issues but I really do hate people who glory support. You know the type, on Talk Sport phone in, Malcolm from Kent who's a Man' U' "Fan". Laughed other day though, had a bloke on twat Adrian Durham's show who had a Manc' accent, Durham asked are you one of the ones who leaves the ground early cause they're boring, bloke says I haven't been to Old Trafford for years, I just watch them on the telly. Admitted it, bold as brass.

And you knew he supported Aldershot. Much respect. Kudos from me too for dredging up English ( who died 21 years ago ) from the recesses of the mind ... I'm querying it though as there is no mention of it on his Wikipedia page .. So can it be true ? . Maybe Epsom has some inside info on the great man ? Maybe he bumped into him at Rumbelows and after initial chit chat about his ( English's not Epsoms) role as Slugger on Follyfoot the conversation turned quickly to football and those epic Shots/Terriers fourth division encounters of the mid seventies Edit I apologise ive just read further down wiki page "He had been president of Aldershot Town F.C.[13][14] which had been formed out of the ashes of Aldershot F.C. The new club badge depicted a rising phoenix and was designed by English." He designed the club badge !!!!!!!! And , at 58 years old after his missus dies he married a 22 year old dancer And he was in Crown Court , and the worst film of all time ( cannon and ball's "boys in blue ") Arthur English WHAT A GUY Epsomterrier we salute you
