Just as a matter of interest, why is there no reply of 'Ooh to be a terrier' following the 'Oooh to be a...' these days? I'd have thought those playing with their nice flags in the SS would have got that sorted by now.

one of the reasons I stopped going down to football the pre match halftime entertainment is awful the sound system is a disgrace for a supposed state of the art stadium really spoilt my match day experience you cant talk to anyone without the constant shouting from the man in the middle shouting over the system blocking every thing out.the fans should lead everything not the man with a mic.So I will listen to Oggy on the radio at home till things improve Haha nice one. I stopped going to the cinema, because of the adverts before the film started.

Because it sounds more intimidating without it.Β But less meaning? Wouldn't say it sounds particularly intimidating, with the clapping that goes with it.

Because it sounds more intimidating without it. But less meaning? Wouldn't say that's really an issue. We know what it means, and it's symbolic to us. Hasn't had the second part for many years.

We don't need count downs or pre match music. Let fans build up the atmosphere with town songs. Count downs come across as very American. I wish they'd stop the pre KO music in English football, it drowns out the atmosphere. I hear you mate, the music is shit isn't it? And the teamsheets just aren't read out all that well anymore either. I'm talking about getting a wall of fucking noise going on, not just in the south stand, I know not everyone will get involved, but back in the day, at Leeds road, the switch between the cowshead and the terrace and when we all sang together was like actually supporting the club vocally. The South stand lads have made a great start, lets kick it up a gear or two. I remember 1969/70 season and the song everyone sung when we won promotion was na na na na kissing good by song. All we need to do to get the best atmosphere we have ever had is to get the man on the microphone to start at one side of the ground getting them to start Na na na na na na na na hey hey Huddersfield Town each side sings it three times and then the entire ground joins in

unlike most that have gone down since Mr Wagner took over ive had a season ticket for over 25 yrs and still am a season ticket holder it didn't take special offers to get me down. I support the club and have sat through many dire games and even then the so called pre match half time entertainment could not surpass the match that was being played I use the word (entertainment)loosely. Its all down to match day experience
