Would love to get Chris Wilder here, superb manager. His win %age at the Blades is 55%. He's a great Mgr... He's not coming here though... Promotions from Conference, 4th, 3rd and now 2nd tiers with Oxford, Northampton and now Blades, seem to remember he did OK at Shay as well? Anyhow, pleased for Sheff Utd on two counts, their reaction to losing against us in the play offs and of course denying Beeston automatic (as long as they don't go on and fluke it)

Wilder must be very hard imo, only handful of fans went on pitch and he looked so angry.. Deserves massive credit for what he has done.

Congratulations to the Blades.
I bet Leeds have twice their budget.
Wilder has worked his magic again.

Congratulations to Norwich on their return to the Premier League. Hope the fans enjoy their night. Norwich manager Daniel Farke told Sky Sports: "I think of how much we grew during the season - we had so much financial pressure on the club and we had to sell some of our best players, so we had to be creative with our recruitment. "All credit goes to Stuart [Webber]. It's important that we both work closely together and trust each other. I think he's done an outstanding job." He has obviously done a good job down there. May have been different here if we had kept hold of him. Who knows.

He should have kept Sheffield Utd up but was screwed by West Ham signing mascherano and tevez against the rules Both Sheffield Utd and West Ham had the same points but Utd went down by a single goal on goal difference I’m pleased for the Sheffield Utd fans that they’re back in PL

Ouch, as PSG lose the French cup final. That's a shocking tackle, deserves a long ban for that. Don't know if the French system is the same as ours, but 3 games wouldn't be enough.

Good luck to Leyton Orient, best Club in London Always had a bit of a soft-spot for Orient, no idea why. Helped by Nathan Clarke going there for a while. Them going up also means non-league's most detested club (probably), Salford City, being consigned to the play-offs. Imagine paying a player £4k a week, in non-league... I'm pleased for Stockport County, too - now there's a club that's been through some tough times.

To be fair, quite a few of their fans are embarrassed at the way that the Class of '92 have chucked cash at it and have been relentless in their pursuit of League football. I hope that they crash and burn in the very near future, starting with the Play-Offs.

I'm no expert - I live on the border of Manchester and Salford, but I'm certainly not from there - but sometimes it feels like Salford is constantly having to fight for its independence, at least in other people's eyes. Feels to me like a lot of people see it as a suburb of Manchester, rather than a city in its own right- so having a club in the league might help that. But as you say, throwing so much money at it leaves a bit of a bad taste.

How quick do you think Sky/BBC etc. will be billing the Leeds v Villa game as a p/o final dress rehearsal?
My guess is no more than 5 mins into their coverage...

Fair play to Villa. It's a strong side they've selected today.

Jack Grealish is a f*****g cheat. I know the L***s players are targetting him, but he doesn't half go down easily.

Leeds players are racing into challenges against him with the sole goal being to rough him up. They can't handle him and want to take him out of the play offs. Attwell needs to get a grip

What a thoroughly shit half of football that was. So many long diagonal balls from both sides waiting for a defensive mistake.

In other news Michael Oliver has ruined another game, at Leicester, with a nothing red card from 2 nothing yellows.

Leeds showing why most of the football world hates them. Ultra aggressive approach but was that right on half time!? 3 minutes injury time is up and the ref blows up just as Leeds are attacking. Any normal person just thinks fair enough, but the Leeds players and that dick head manager all kick off big time. Seriously - what did they want the ref to do when time’s up? Play on to see if they can score? Wankers.

Attwell has brought a lot of this about - what on earth were the EFL doing appointing him to a game of this magnitude?

So Leeds give a goal back. Jansson tries to stop it. What a c***.
But doesn't make up for Villa being a man down now.
