I don't think it's inconceivable that our draw could be televised. Lower league side with good home form playing a top end championship team. Somewhat of a local derby too There is not a cat in hell's chance of our game being on TV. I'll bet you the cost of next year's season ticket that it won't be picked. Ok you didn't have to be mean

Rochdale are decent but our passing game will hurt them alot. It would be nice to get into the 5th round draw.

Dale fan here. Overall not a bad draw for us (at least we're at home), with a Lancs/Yorks derby to boot. If it's anything like the FA Cup replay from 1988 we should be in for a cracker
We had a very slow start to the season, but once we got going we've looked pretty good. Home form has been fantastic - we've won the last 10 home league games in a row, scoring 25 and conceding 4 in the process. Away form has also improved so we're in a very strong position in the league.
You'll probably get 3,600ish tickets.
Word of warning - don't underestimate us. In 2014 you may recall we dumped your friends at Elland Road out of the FA Cup, and the following year it was Nottingham Forests turn.
Should be a good game.

Must admit, I liked the draw until I found out about that home form.

Would have been better at our place but never mind.
There an amazing amount of 'derby' games been drawn!

I think this one will go to whoever gives it the highest priority. A full strength Dale would give our reserves/weakened first team a good run for their money. Likewise, if we decide we want it, our first XI should be good enough to get past them.

I'd imagine Rochdale will be more than up for this unlike those cloggers we played Saturday.

Sell out, we get about 3 k How you know we get 3 k Nick? Away fans usually get at least 1,500 in the Wilbutts Lane stand which is shared with Dale fans. If demand requires it though we may be given the whole stand which holds 3,650. When we played them in Division 3 in September 2003 we had about 2,400 in a crowd of 4,600.

Their game against Reading was their 55th consecutive televised FA cup game. If it's no 56 then it's an absolute disgrace!!!! Makes you wonder what game it would have to be for ManUtd not to get televised in the cup.

Dales fans don't use that stand - exclusively for away fans. You'll get the full allocation if plod allow (reserved seating), although it gets reduced by about 300 if unreserved seating. I seem to think Leeds got the full allocation when they came.

I always get Bury's ground and Rochdale's mixed up but just checked and Rochdale's is the one with the decent chippy behind the away stand
