Im selling 2 tickets in the home end for the Palace game. I finally managed to get 2 tickets in the Town end so don't need them anymore. I bought them off Stubhub for £85 each and selling for the same. I have the tickets in possession (in Hudds) and the receipt to show that I'm not selling from more than the wankers that touted them me the first place. Message me if you're interested. They are in the Arthur Wait stand block U (note - not the away part of the stand)

I suspect it's going to prove to be an expensive weekend for you; hope it's rewarded with a result!

hows people supposed to arrange transport if theres still tickets going out in the ballot,,,or is it that we cant sell them all? people are not answering their phones..its taking a bit longer than expected to inform all the 'lucky winners'... email next time perhaps?? live and learn, we are in unchartered waters for demand for league game tickets and ballots... think next time the ballot will open on the day tickets go on sale.. honestly Im glad a lot more people got tickets anyway even if they didnt think they were going to be able to.. shows that most games might be more accessible..

Ideally... apply by email, notified by email. Then visit your account on website and ticket(s) available to buy. Saves any need for phonecalls

My ticket cost £27 and is for the Sainsbury's end, courtesy of my CP supporting mate. Behind the goal but better viewing than from the Arthur Wait stand.

Missed a call from the ticket office this morning, phoned them back and got 2 tickets from the ballot! Chuffed to bits, was considering paying silly money off a ticket site. UTT.

I may have 2 spare in the morning. 75% sure I will have. Don't think my mate can make it and my dads hurt his leg.

I'd be interested in a ticket. I don't really want to give my email address out on here but obviously if you try and PM me and it doesn't work, I can do that.

What's the general consensus in sitting with the home fans? I've had to do it a few times and find it so hard not going mad when we score. I managed to sit on my hands when Van La Parra scored against Brentford last season as I was with the 'Brentford Ultras' who are basically people who live just out of the catchment area otherwise they'd be watching the tennis at Wimbledon.
I'm within the opposition again for Palace, no way I was taking a chance with the ballot so I contacted a palace supporting mate who, luckily, is away for this fixture. Have to tone down the accent a bit.
It's West Ham away I'll have to be extra careful. Don't want Frodo Baggins and the lad from Sons of Anarchy chasing me down.

The Palace stewards can be a bit keen, or is it that they just don't like Northerners.

He's a hammer but loves the story of town being promoted so will be a good laugh.

I suspect we won't score many goals away from home this season. (plus there will be more "tourists" amongst home contingent at games anyway)

Sounds like they'll need to rethink the ballot for next time. My suggestion would be to email people and give them 24 hours to respond otherwise another name is drawn out of the ballot. As long as you're upfront about it then I think it's perfectly fair.
