Not Allardyce, Pardew, Karanka, Carvahal or any of the other tried and failed merry go round managers

Fuck giving the same old ‘has beens’ another pay day. Hoyle thought outside the box when he brought DW to the club, just hope he doesn’t rush to get back in it!

Wilder would be good but I doubt he'll leave them when they're on the verge of promotion.

In last 6 years SA has got WHU promoted & kept them up twice, kept Sunderland up, kept Palace up, kept Everton up, such a pity he doesn't play our brand of football...really!!

Hope to god its none of those on the betting list, I mean farke is up for promotion with Norwich for the guy who didn't know who he was, but he wont be coming here. I've seen some bookies have chris wilder on, again could be switching places with us so another no go. In all honesty the managers in the championship at the moment are either no goes or not what we want.
I hope we look at someone different or more suited to us as a club, I've seen someone mention the guys from lincoln and I wouldn't be against that per sae but you'd also have to question if they could make that step up.
Its like with the transfer window, we have to convince whoever to be manager in the championship next season and give promises based on that.
For me I like vilas boas and slaven bilic but could we sell them the championship I doubt it, I really do

Wagner WAS the best manager for us to build for the next season. . Like I said, " Miles too late now for this season to stay up, we should have parted company before the bloody Wolves game and given someone else a chance to KEEP US IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE

To have any chance of getting out of the hole DW has dug for us, and preserving our Prem status, the team now needs a decent unbeaten run. A long unbeaten run.
And, by a strange coincidence, there's this guy looking for a management position who specialises in this kind of thing......:-)

Let me think of a manager who has not yet been mentioned and I will suggest him. We do not need to make any rash decisions our season is over plenty of time to get it right. DH is not an idiot.

It'll be interesting to see how Hudson does and what team he puts out. I think he has the makings of a decent manager but maybe this opportunity will come too soon.

Wagner back for the start of next season. You heard it here first. I was just upstairs having a piss, tears almost streaming down my face. I noticed the names of Monk and Hughes bandied about, and thought you know what, tell DW to have the rest of the season off it doesn't matter, get in Hudson and oh I don't know anyone to see out the campaign, then get Wagner back in to prepare for 2019-2020!

Agree with those saying we shouldn't rush into it. Defeatist as it sounds the chances of us staying up with budget we are sticking to looks pretty remote. So there is time to look for someone fresh with genuine forward thinking plans and smart ideas. I'm surprised at Forests decision on their appointment, smacks of heart ruling the head. We shouldn't be going down that road either.

I know, I get the shit league argument but they haven't challenged Celtic for about 3000 years and he's doing it in his first season. He might be one to watch.

Wagner back for the start of next season. You heard it here first. Can't say the thought hadn't crossed my mind. Take six months off, recharge the batteries, find a bit of love for the game again then come back. I'd be well happy with that.
