Is he ready to go? We need a striker ready to hit the ground running and score.

Is he ready to go? We need a striker ready to hit the ground running and score. He can't be any less ready than our current two when it comes to scoring goals He's fairly small and fast so perhaps Siewart doesn't like playing with a big striker like Wagner did

Siewert supposed to be a 433 not 4231 man.

14 goals so far this season, that's more than our combined team have scored!

Siewert supposed to be a 433 not 4231 man. Also he likes to play 4-4-2 with the wingers up high so the strikers would be a target man and an advanced forward so mounie and grant up top

Exciting signing. Low risk, great potential reward.

Anyone know what his playing style is like? I've tried to find out but not much on Google other than a report about him being arrested for 'sex/privacy offences'

The EPL is a different beast to when Steady did that, albeit it was impressive never the least. My mate suggests not even Championship level yet, but not sure if he's being an arse. Plus he really only goes to northern away games.

General consensus from Charlton fans seems to be that he is still a bit raw but has good potential and he is lightning quick.

Is he ready to go? We need a striker ready to hit the ground running and score. Realistically, we're down - I'd say the focus should be building a strong Championship side now. This probably fits that category. If we get lucky on the way and find someone who can strengthen us in the Prem, that's a bonus.

If we sign him and loan him straight out then it's suicide.

THD? Total harmonic distortion? Thats what i got when i google it. Tareiq Holmes Dennis, the last time Charton fans were gutted when we bought one of their players. And he was always a solid player in our championship promotion season when called upon, but the premier league came along and we loaned him out to pompey but the lad suffered a season ending injury, could of easily panned out differently.

Plus he really only goes to northern away games. I saw Ahearne-Grant two or three times for Crawley last season. Stood out in a poor side, so difficult to judge on that but he’s obviously having a decent season back at Charlton. I can’t see him having an immediate impact, but maybe Town aren’t expecting that from the lad.
