Out of interest what's the problem a few seem to have with the JFT 96 stuff? Before my time a bit so never really understood antipathy towards Liverpool fans in particular, or how the whole 'victimpool' thing has caught on. Personally it's the difference between them seeking justice for something that clearly wasn't their fault, versus sweeping something under the carpet that clearly was their fault. All the memorials for their own when a shed load of Italians lost their lives because Liverpool fans were out of control.

Any advice on parking? Don't mind walking a bit to avoid getting stuck on way out.
Usually do train and pub but this time it's kids and car.

Lawro's prediction: 4-0
Melvin's prediction: Liverpool are a very good team, and they are Rickie's team. I did not even know until I did this that Huddersfield even had a team. 2-0
Not gonna post Lawro blowing smoke up his teams own arse, obvious hes going to put an emphatic win anyway.
That no mark Radio DJ has the best line.......Not knowing we were in the Premier League is one thing, but not having a team? Come on, give the fuck over

I woke up genuinely fearful this morning. We all realise we’ll lose, but just hoping it’s not a humiliation. It was one thing losing in the second tier 10-1 to City pre-global megastardom, but a big thumping to that lot being showing all around the world would really put the tin hat on this season and make us a laughing stock on a global scale. Foolishly agreed to go to my local, which will be full of Liverpool fans (one is even from within the city limits). C’mon Town, let’s put up a fight at least!

It doesn't matter how well we play. TV want to make it as close a title race as can be managed. We won't be allowed anything. If the ref has to give them 4 pens he will but realistically it won't come to that. The 2 respective goal differences says it all. I will be cheering town on from either home or the pub but we know the outcome of this one.

Can't even bring myself to watch it, hoping it's less than five but fearing it could be worse.
I'm sure Jan will absolve himself of any blame on the post match interview.
His interviews are starting to remind me of comical Ali during the Iraq invasion.
Sent from my SM-G920F using proboards

I'm looking forward to this one. Another one with nowt to lose, the eyes of the world on Liverpool. Let's hope for some snippets of bright spots for us in and amongst the undoubted fawning over Liverpool...
Who knows eh, stranger things have happened...

Sturridge origi in for mane and firminho Straws Clutching 🥴 According to his brief interview on the Radio 1 news this morning he has said that he won't play a weakened side. Mind you, he could swap pretty the much the whole team and it would still be much stronger than ours.

Fortunately it looks like the worst of storm Hannah will now hit the west coast a bit later than originally expected so hopefully people will be gone from the ground. Still forecast for rain so anyone going take a waterproof and stay safe on your journey home.

Storm Katherine Hannah will probably end up being a damp squib as she hosts the programme for the Leeds game v Villa on Sunday...
