Didn't PH say that the new manager needs 5 years experience as a manager?

Hated Bowyer as a player and his character is a bit dubious but I’d take him at Town in our current position. Wouldn’t take any crap from the prima donnas.

Clever, a thousand apologies for a simple typo. Will know in future not to ask questions. Couldn't resist... Rhoda was really funny.... Roman Duchatalet is still owner . He has no positive intentions for Charlton and they've been campaigning to get rid of him for years. Took a lot of arm twisting for LB to carry on.. Google it it makes " potless phil" look like smallfry That was one programme we as a family all used to sit and watch together in the 1970's. Wonderful stuff.

it'll be Hudson because he'll be the cheapest option... That would speak volumes. They may as well announce relegation. The club needs a new man, staff etc, a feel good factor and change. Keep him and most of the same staff, then it’s the same shit as before. To change, we need a change in personnel.

In June 2019, Bowyer turned down the offer of a contract extension from Charlton. However, he later reversed his decision and signed a one-year extension to his contract.

Totally agree, and more so as it seems Hudson is trying to implement Wagner tactics of faffing around at the back, loads of possession but bugger all up top. That plan is dead in the water, even though it worked once in the end it was boring as shite...and ultimately failed big time.

Why would Bowyer leave Charlton for us!!! Because their owners are awful to work for Come to a club that flogs players and gets one in from the Sog and Duck in Germany. I know there owners are bad and if he does leave, he would be mad to ruin that CV with us.

Just about everybody says no Monk. Monk with bags of Championship experience and who had a minor fracas with Wagner and said a few silly comments in fury.
Some folk are starting to say they fancy Bowyer. A bloke with minimal managerial experience and with numerous convictions for violent, drunken behaviour, some with racist undertones.
Sometimes, I despair.

Bowyer would be a good choice. Plays a good brand of football and is on the up. I’m sure He would be happy to leave Charlton given their financial difficulties.

He says a lot of things then does the opposite! I fell into the trap. A lot of things he says are interpreted wrongly. For instance the word "hopefully" is missed out when repeating things he has allegedly promised. In this instance he didn't actually say the new manager "needs to have 5 years experience" He said "ideally the new manager will have 5 years experience". Not the same thing.
