The longer the search has gone on for the new gaffer I'm less and less I am thinking its going to be Boothroyd, I'm 99.9% confident it isn't Allardyce and at the same time I don't think it will be Mr. Adkins (sorry nseventee ). I really don't know who I DO think it will be though. Well Boothroyd ruled himself out 100% yesterday!

ahh... Thanks Tom, sub-consciously that must've been why I was thinking it wasn't him! I'm starting to think its gonna be Mitchell or maybe a former terrier.

I think it will be one of the following:
- Nigel Adkins - Jim Gannon - Richard Money

Yeah I'd be happy with Gannon. Much better choice than Adkins in my opinion.

Gannon would be my favourite from that choice too.
However, I'd PREFER it if a more radical appointment was made, someone to shake football up and put us on the map...I'd PREFER it if Hope Powell got the job.
(comes with Uefa Pro too).

I like it. All elementary I suppose seeing as Adkins has the job?

As was said earlier, "It's a pointless poll" - but its an interesting discussion nevertheless. downatthemac.proboards106.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=17255&page=1Hope Powell is surely by far the best candidate available, having played and managed at the very highest level - collecting trophies along the way, and progressing the national team impressively in management. The tricky bit might be severing the London ties. We could also get the Dirty Pretty Things as half-time entertainment?!

Plus we wouldn't need Brooky the kit man anymore to do the laundry if we get a woman in.
