He has been playing like he isnt fully focussed so my guess is that whatever has gone on has been going on for a few weeks

Er, no he isn't actually because Ainsworth has been arrested. Option 4 does look likely, it's in the Examiner this morning.

Seems like hes been involved in a revenge attack over the death of his cousin, Quote from this is Nottingham website Wednesday, March 11, 2009, 08:42 THE father of teenager Liam Munn has been charged with affray. Liam, 19, died after an incident outside Halo nightclub in the early hours of January 18. Karl Munn, 44, of Kenton Avenue, Nuthall, was charged last night following his arrest by Notts police on Sunday. Lionel Ainsworth, 21, of Heritage Exchange, Huddersfield, has also been charged with affray. The charges relate to an incident in Carlton last Thursday. Liam's brother Ryan Munn, 21, of Felton Close, Beeston, has also been charged with affray and released on police bail to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on March 20. A 22-year-old man arrested on Tuesday remained in police custody earlier today. A 20-year-old man from Nuthall was also arrested last night and was being questioned by officers this morning. Simeon Ferguson, 18, of Nottingham, has been charged with Liam's manslaughter and remanded in custody. www.thisisnottingham.co.uk/news/Liam-Munn-s-father-charged-affray/article-761588-detail/article.html

Think it's something to do with threatening someone, and making them fear for their safety

Think it's something to do with threatening someone, and making them fear for their safety Its a Public Order offence for when a group of people kick off. Like a massive brawl or summat. They cant really pin what has happened on one person so they charge everyone with Affray.
