Arriving Kings Cross before 9. Allowing for a good few cider hours in carriage and in London before the match should make it interesting. TO HELL WITH MAN CITY, TO HELL WITH LIVERPOOL.............

Landing in St. Pancras 5 to 11.
Is there any lads meeting up anywhere around that time? Euston and King's X are less than 5 minutes apart on the tube.
Would be great to get a meet going before moving over to East London, let us know the names of pubs so myself, myvoyce and Aberdeenterrier can meet you with our presence.

I imagine there are quite a few pubs around the kings cross area, I recall the duke of york attached to the place, pretty boring though. Full of people waiting for trains.....funnily enough.

Come on then boys and girls WHERE are we going to meet?I know it's a whole 10 days away but if we can arrange somewhere early it will be awesome and I am sure that the mayors vocal chords will be sufficiently lubricated by the time of his expected 11 ish arrival at Kings Cross to lead us all in a sing song.TTID.

I agree. Get somewhere sorted for a meet and a sing song. King's X, St. Pancras and Euston are right next to each other. Get a meet then head on the tube from there.

Train and match tickets sorted. Arriving Kings Cross 9.18.
Have we a London based terrier to do a Reccy before next weekend? Or shall we do the classic and just invade London like a set of hideous northern fuckers.....

8.20 from wakey, first class, away from you steerage scummers, return 18.00 sunday, first class again, you get biscuits with your stella. Might have a couple of places left as two dissenters have shat their pants, died away as does the ice in spring. Hotel booked too, vomit tavern Horrendous.

right chaps, don't take any of this as biblical but as a terrier working in London I know a few of the boozers, so here's a few options from wherever you maybe coming from.
Euston - has a boozer in the station called The Britannia, think its a Wetherspoons so should be open, as it appears a few of you are heading south nice and early. Theres a pub called The Royal George just outside or Dorich Arch (Fullers pub), which isn't bad but may not be open too early, otherwise head down Euston Rd towards Kings X (5mins), O Neills is inbetween the two.
Not much around Kings X unless your feeling flush and want to sample the champagne bar in St Pancras station! ;D Theres a pub called the Waiting Room just outside, but never looked very inviting so again head upto Euston Road.
Alternatively get the tube straight to Liverpool St to the pub just outside the station which is my preferred option I reckon as its a Wetherspoons so will be open early doors, and this station is on the central line only a few tube stops from Leyton. May well head down to London Bridge before here if anyone gets in around there as theres a couple of nice pubs on the Thames when the suns out, fingers crossed!
Looking forward to it and giving Boothy a good boozy send off, hope this helps guys.

Liverpool St. Wetherspoon sounds good. That way everyone can get from their respective rail stations to the pub, where we will all then be able to get straight onto the Central Line and on to Leyton.
Think that might be my plan.

Good sized Boozer is the Spoons at Liverpool Street, although they aint as cheap down there as they are up here Theres a nice pub just over the road an all if its packed (as it tends to get on a match day) cant remember the name but if you come out of the Spoons, walk across the road and turn left. Last time I was in there it was £5 for 5 bottles of Stella
