I don't mean this to be vulagr, and think he's earned every penny....
But, i can't help wondering how much he has earned from footy.
In short do you think he's a millionaire?
I recon so with property and what not ;D

If he's looked after it then he will be comfortably.

His house in Honley isn't too shabby, I'm not keen on his car though.

Apparently his wife Cheryl is in charge of the family finances. And he bought a hottub from us ;D so he's reasonably well off

Booth will easily be a millionaire IMO.
I mean assuming he got 10% of his fee to Wednesday, that's £275k. I wouldn't be suprised if used a bit of that to buy his old house in Shelley for cash, not bad for a 22 year old as he would have been then! Even better considering houses are now worth about 3 times what they were then!
Then when he came back in 2000 the rumours were he was on a £8k p.w. contract before taking a pay cut. He also probably earned similar for 5 years at Wednesday prior as well
Throw in a few ten's of thousands for a successful testimonial
If he's not a millionaire he's taken some bad decisions!

I don't know if he is a millionaire or not, but I do know that he bought the house in Spain from the money he got from his testimonial year. I know someone, not remotely interested in football, who used to live more or less directly opposite Boothy and they were quite friendly. The original plan was to let the house in Spain on the holiday market, although I have no idea if they did. I seem to recall that his wife is a trained accountant and so she probably does look after the cash.

I suppose it's Boothy's business and good luck to him. Whatever he has got,he has definitely earned.

Not too sure, i've heard he spends half his days in the bookies Boothy could spend all his days in the bookies he is such a ten quid max, penny pinching Yorkshire tight bastard it would not impact on his savings at all. Simon Baldry on the other hand used to bang a ton on every FAV and then to cover himself with a 50 quid reverse forecast on FAV and 2ndFAV every race and when he was feeling very adventurous a ton on the FAV and 50 quid reverse forecast on FAV and 3rdFAV gasp! Oh sorry I forgot to mention that sometimes he would flip the script by banging a ton on 2nd FAV etc... Manc T would have retired by now if he had Baldry as a punter. Boothy - tight Yorkshire bastard once had fiver each way on a 50/1 winner did'nt even throw me a tip and counted every penny.

Yep, and i've heard from a mate of his he's a bit tight, so definitely loaded. But so what! I don't begrudge anyone's fortune and he's been the perfect professional and conducted himself properly unlike some wealthier and famous footballers. Good luck to him, an honest lad who is Town forever!

I understood that he did not win that 10k.
He made a mistake when he looked again after scratching the card.
A case of hitting the crossbar.
