I can now confirm that we are playing Bradley Park on the 27th July There will be tea/coffee and a bacon butty on arrival 18 holes of golf and Pie and chips, followed by the prize presentation.
Prices have been set at £35 inc YAA DONATION
The 2nd donation will be a minimum£5.This will go towards Mel smooths daughter Bailey.I'm sure you will all agree, this is a worthy cause.So the total cost this year is £40
1st t times are off at 9am sharp. I'll be at the course from around 7:30. If you need buggy hire, its £15. (only 10 available) so book fast!
If you would like to attend please leave your name and handicap via a PM and I will update lists on a daily basis, or leave your details on this thread!
We had nearly 50 players last year, so to start with we will aim for that!
As those that did attend will have noticed my fantastic choice of clothing! I am once again going for a quite fantastic outfit, so if you lot would care to join me please feel free.(i would put pictorial evidence up, but i seem to have lost the required photo!)

James - whatever date we choose, there will always be people who can't make it. If 25%+ of the confirmed players were struggling to make the date then I'd say yeah, let's change it. If there's just a couple however, I'd say leave it as it is and just apologise to those who can't make that date.
It's just one of those things I'm afraid - not everyone will be able to make whichever date we choose. To be honest though I can't believe people plan their year so far ahead.
One thing you haven't mentioned mate is the tee-off and arrival times????

20th for me - once in a lifetime opportunity to see the Olympics in my home country - can laike golf any time - albeit not with such a fine bunch, I admit - so if it's 27th then I'm out. Completely fine if the majority want it to stay on 27th!

The golf day will be held on the 27th. The olympic opening ceremonie is held in the evening, so most of us will be home for the start. As its a 9am t off, we hope this is still ok with you guys. if you cant attend please pm me asap.

Just booked a room at the Huddersfield Travelodge, only £19. For anyone whos travelling in from further afield(me) or who is on the lash on the night(me) it might be worth getting a room too... :beer:
