I agree with some of his points but his attitude stinks not sure i have read the thread in question but I have read a few he's been involved in, try to ignore him now.

having said that banning someone just because a majority don't like him would start a precedent and we'd have calls on here for people to be banned every day so i have voted no

I can't speak for Mel but am guessing that his original comments were said a tad tongue in cheek. Giggity clearly thought there was some sort of hidden agenda and rather than realise that and retract the comments he continued, which then turned it into a Ken Davy shares thread...

Jimmy, I think there's wind-ups and then there's poor taste. Giggity falls into the latter category for me...

Most of the comments I've ever posted on here, aside from Baileys fund raising threads, have been tongue in cheek. I'd let giggity stay though, he's entitled to his opinion, and at the end of the day, a few idiotic sentences by some imbecile on the Internet won't do anybody any harm

I responded to him when I was pissed last night and was convinced he should be banned. And in the cold light of day nothing has changed,. Someone might have shoved a thesaurus up his his arse but he isn't half as intelligent as he thinks he is and has crossed a line of common decency with the obvious intention of winding people up/settling scores with Mel. He has previous, saying women shouldn't post on football messageboards. Oh what a maverick he is.

I can't say I am honoured to have a thread dedicated to me. I must admit, a mountain has been made out of a mole hill following last night's post. Nothing offensive was directly said to the original poster or his daughter. I of course wish her all the best with her treatment and subsequent journey in life. My initial post merely suggested the merging of two threads so as to declutter the board.

Due to the clamour my recent post has caused, I will honour the result of the vote. The deadline will be 22:00 Tuesday.

P.s Be warned, you normally have to pay extortionate prices to be in the company of such a cognitive gentleman.

Speaking as someone who has been nominated for the ban for speaking my mind I`d just like to say that if a person was actually banned from DATM would it be such a bad thing? Also if the person could actually be bothered then wouldn`t it be quite easy to set up another profile using another email address? Quite funny that certain folk think DATM is the holy grail! Cue the ban shyted brigade!
