He's not a wanker. He's just been reduced to clutching a handfull of straws.

Just seen him complaining about the second goal on sky.
Novak came on but didn't even touch the ball. It was good play from higgs and hunt, nothing to do with whether or not Novak was on the pitch.
He complained that his left back was in our half. Maybe he should be speaking to his left back about that.

We can play better but that's the best they've got...
Must have forgotten the two hammerings we gave them last year.

I've got to admit I was shocked when I read his comments but what else can he do? Give up?
He's got to try and convince his players and fans that he can claw it back or they may as well stay in MK on Tuesday!

I must have read a different article to you. Which part of that makes him a wanker. Other than the "that's the best they've got" comment I'd say that's a fair and honest interview.

Interesting assessment of Rhodes, wonder if the many scouts who've watched him think that

Fantastic result for your guys today. I hate Franchise FC. Only 8,000 of their supporters turned up for a play off semi final at home. It just about sums that lot up really. Would love to see you at The Amex next season.

Was listening to their local radion on the way home and Karl Robinson said (not word for word) "They were down to 10 men so we decided to take advantage and we pushed our left back forward, then their player came back on into the space where our left back should have been and they passed to him and scored from that position. Thats not right!" What would of happened if their gamble had paid off would he complain then?

8000? They can't have had more than 6000 can they? Didn't look like it and for the noise they made they might aswell have just had the 500 that stayed behing for their lap of honour the other day.
Honestly what a piss poor club they are. id be surprised if Robinson can't wait to leave and go to a proper club with proper fans.
On the game, fantastic result for us but made me think what a fine line these games are between success and failure. Their player hits that 2nd half chance a foot either side of bennett rather than straight at him, and it would probabkly be a totally different mood on here tonight. Fine lines- its all about taking the chances when you get them and for once we gave someone a lesson in that.

I was more annoyed with the, " if we win, no, when we win" comment. He's nothing more than a c u next tuesday, also budgets my backside! They had a huge budget a few years ago, and it's only decreased now because they don't have the fanbase to sustain it.

Karl, have a word with your team for losing possession when your left back was out of position then.... :frusty:

Hes lee Clark mark 2, up and down the touchline like an idiot...... He signed the players that put in that performance yesterday so he can't be that much of an idiot. Sorry to say it mate but Clark's got 50 times more passion for the club pal, you couldn't even be bothered the last few months.

MK have been talking it up all week, whilst we haven't made a peep. They get what they deserve "egg on their faces",I always quite liked that Robinson, but his tactics played straight into our hands, with all this knocking about the back four.
He said he identified some weaknesses that they will try and exploit in the second leg,Did they not have us watched before yesterday? He should have done his homework before yesterday? He knows they have to adopt a risky game plan Tuesday, which makes it all the better for us.

Didn't he have 10 minute videos of all our players dotted all around the place prior to the game ?

Ha ha Smith, what was he trying to do in the first half with that volley that went 20 ft wide? He didn't really trouble us to be fair and looks a shadow of the player he used to be.

I know you'd given up on us in the last few months and I know there's a bloke out of a job who would never have given up on us. You're on here slagging off a bloke who gave 100% for the club and signed those players you watched put in that performance yesterday, fkn shameful pal. Instead of slagging him for 'acting like an idiot' on the touchline, a bit of credit for bringing those lads to the club is in order .. Morrison, Novak, Johnson, Miller, Clarke, Rhodes, Higgy ... etc etc .. It's all one-way with some folk, mind you the way some have thrown the towel in on here recently I shouldn't be surprised.
