peterborough must be top of the league when it comes to arseholes.... never really minded them until OT....the ungracious way they celebrated the win, that no class potatoe pickin chairman and the way they have tried to rub our noses in it ever since, i so dearly hope they are relegated next season

They had one too, only a few people turned though. That was when their chairman said we could wipe our arses with our Believe t shirts. They aren't football people and have no class.
i bet that **** wouldnt cycle all over the country to raise money for charity like our great chairman. the bloke isnt fit to follow my toilet roll down the toilet on a long flush.

Glad it's not just me that's really starting to hate everything about Peterborough as a club, everything about them comes across as completely classless and it really wouldn't pain me at all to see them go down in last place next season, hopefully to be replaced by Sheff Utd...

I'm sure there are some decent P'boro supporters out there somewhere but from the Chairman down they do tend to wear their chips on both shoulders...
Could be something to do with it being a bit of a shithole of a Town, sure some places in Hudds aren't fantastic but there's a reason the redeeming feature of P'boro is it having a high speed rail link to get you out of there...

all clubs have decent fans, but the club is run by knobheads and some of there fans obviously think they are something they are not, because lets face it, they are a nothing club, they cant even be rivals with anyone so they have manufactured a rivalry with mk dons, and it would seem us?

Whilst i agree the man is a bellend, i didn't go tonight because i don't really agree with a massive over reaction to a 4th place finish.
Saturday was great, the celebrations then were great, the adulation at been out of the shittest division in the world was great, but it all ended there for me the moment i woke up on Sunday morning. Still not a fan of the play offs, even if they do come in handy every now and again.
We brought the cup back to Huddersfield..... its in our blood and the Town celebrated our first success in 8 years! Enjoy it all summer long...!
Mine and yours idea of success must be different. Success is all about coming first.
We came 4th. Next they will be having open top bus tours for getting to the semi final of the fa cup, or handing out an aluminium medal for coming 4th in the Olympics. We got promoted thanks to the money spinner that is the play offs, for that we should all be extremely grateful.

Each to their own, but i really enjoyed it tonight. Took my young lad who didn't go to Wembley and he loved it. He got to see his home town club with a trophy and celebrating promotion, and that means far more to me than what some overated gobshite talkshow host thinks. The more i hear of Peterborough the more i detest it. :ranting: Hold on have Georgeposh and Adrian Durham been seen in the same room?. It's all making sense now :wave:

disagree colt - Chelsea won champs league and didn't win champshp either this year or last!!! it's about winning when it matters and for once we did!!!!stop being so negative and enjoy the sweet feeling of success!!!
went tonight, saw many town fans who have gone longer than me, which is from mid 70,s......... very nice to show our appreciation to what was an excellent achievement, lots of familys and young kids tonight and my mates young 6 year old on my shoulders chanting town songs he didnt really know..... priceless tbh. very proud of our achievement indeed. Alex Smithies summed this club up........

We did come first, on saturday that is and to be fair thats all that matters mate, I didnt see Leeds Rugby League fans complaining when the won their 'play off' last year...its just the same thing really.
Town did what they had to do to win, so for me they are winners, simple as.
And in the olympics you can finish 3rd in your heat and still win the final can't you?

Not sure why everyone is getting a erection over them carrott crunching country bumpkins,tinpot,no style no class or gravitas. Forget about them, they're going down next season anyway.
No doubt we'll be playing them on the opening day though.

Do believe Chelsea came 1st place in 2 cup competitions this season. 1st PLACE as in coming number 1.
