This club has some serious ambition! "Only club I was going to join!" I'd be gutted if I was a Barnsley fan, looked like they had it in the bag at one point!

Lets not get too carried away. Did well for Coventry but will need the right player alongside him. Drinkwater was a classy player in the same mould as this lad but we never saw the best of him. Hopefully Grayson can partner him up with the right man and get him spraying balls around the park and linking up play from the middle, something we've lack for a while

If i was a Huddersfield fan i'd be worried about the fact the only other team that wanted him was us, because according to quite a few on here, we're shite and will be in league one next year, could be in the same boat getting players we want. :blink: |

The lads not a money grabber, he left Man Utd to play football so maybe he just picked us over you for football reasons. Simple. I do appreciate you and other Barnsley fans will hide behind the 'money argument' cos it must hurt after Hill said he was confident of getting him, but like I say, nothing points to more money, purely the ambition and sales pitch of our club. |
