Sergeant Gary Watson said: 'It could have potentially been that as well as splashing them, they ran them over, and then we would have had six or seven people dead at the roadside.'
Literally burst out laughing at work when I read that

I would usually laugh the same but I once drove an old ford fiesta through a massive puddle on a country lane and ended up off the road. She didn't look to be going quite quick enough to do that though

It sounds like the usual bollocks pedalled out by plod but he actually has a point. Driving through standing water is dangerous, especially if there's a hidden pothole, the car has a suspension fault or the tyres are poor. Not much margin for error when you're that close to the pavement and what if one of them was to step off the pavement ? Fcking daft thing to do and even dafter to post it on the internet. Thick b1tch has got what she desrved, bet she's not laughing now, she might be stood at that bus stop hopefully once her ban kicks in ;D
The weather also ruins the streets for the scrotes, the beggars, the junkies, the Romanian accordion players, pick-pockets, annoying ice-cream vans and the plethora of illegal hand-car wash merchants. Brilliant!

That sounds like the weather over here. Where is it you're staying?
A bit harsh to school kids when they clearly aren't old enough to drive. And using bus/train is the only real economical way to get into town's and cities because parking is so expensive.

OK - all parents out there, what would you have done if that had been your kids and you had got your hands on those two scroats?
That is a really unpleasant thing to do. I hope they get heavily fined and a whole heap of sh*t from people who know them.
I know there will be a lot of people on here who take the 'lighten up' approach, but if you walk, cycle or wait for buses people like this are a menace.
Happy splashing; finally a suitable name after all these years.
We all know its wrong but when faced with such a perfect puddle the compulsion to veer left is simply intoxicating :nodding: .
I am still on a high after hitting a puddle on the end of Cross Green Road earlier & dousing my own bonnet. Had there been a queue of kids there, well.... :ninja:
Why is anyone waiting for public transport a peasant you nob?
I don't know what you're moaning about. Most of the peasants are grateful. It's the first wash they've had in weeks.
aha ha ha! You maverick poster. I would love to see you come out with this kind of shit where I live. You would be on the deck within a minute. It isn't even funny talking about the working poor or the unemployed as 'peasants' in the current climate. Its just classless.
