I'd forgotten all about this, nice to see my team actually scoring some goals for once. Saying that Notts will probably stop scoring now or go bust.

Week 3 scores now updated, sorry for the delay, no winners as yet. I'm still waiting for a few people to pay their subs up to date as well, if they don't pay, the prize fund will come down a little. Reminders getting sent out now, so please make sure you pay if you want to stay in the game, or let me know if you want to drop out.

Congratulations Stevros, unless Leicester can have a rout against Reading, then it looks like you've bagged the prize to yourself. Jimmythebulldog takes the low score prize with Hartlepool only scoring a measly single goal. 1 less than Huddersfield Town.

Sorry for the delay in getting the final scores on the door up boys and girls. As indicated, Stevros takes the prize pot to himself, he's very kindly added a significant chunk of his winnings to the charity pot, as has Jimmythebulldog who has asked me to put all his low score prize into the charity kitty. Just gonna do the final draw of the season, I should have it up within the hour along with an explanation as to how we will close the game out for the season.

Round 9 draw now done. Many thanks to Stevros and jimmythebulldog who both made considerable donations to the charity pot as winners in Round 8, I originally decided to do this primarily as a fundraising exercise for the charities that the club supports and we've managed to accumulate a decent fund, which I'll split equally between the KIU campaign and the Town Foundation. The game will have turned over about £1400, by the time the season ends, the plan was to put 10% to charity (£140) but we will have nearly doubled that, which again shows the generosity of all HTAFC fans that have taken part. Many Thanks to all of you. Right, Final Game Plan. I'll include the Easter Monday fixtures in this game, so it will give us the final 4 games of the season, which may mean we can get a team on 11 goals before the season ends. If there aren't any teams on 11, then the winner(s) will be the highest scoring team below 11. I will need to collect an extra £1 of all entrants to make up the prize fund, (as I originally only allowed for 1 game over the Easter Weekend), so I will send PM's out over the next day or so to clarify.

Just sent this PM out to everybody left in the game, but posted it one here for those that don't always check their PM's
Hi all.
First thing I need to do is thank you all for playing Buster this season, hopefully it's been a slight distraction to the season, and we've managed to make a few people a few quid better off, but more importantly we will have raised over £250 for the town charities. I will split the money equally between the foundation and the KIU campaign, if everybody is OK with that.
So, initially I had only allowed for one game over Easter, but as the gams has panned out, it made more sense to include the Easter Monday games as well, which gives us 4 rounds in the final round. This means that I will need to get an extra pound of most people to complete the game (there are a few of you who had paid in multiples of £5's that need to pay £3 to complete the season of 38 games. I've listed everybody who is still in the game, and what they need to pay below.
It looks unlikely that there will be a winner this weekend, so that means the game will run to the final weekend of the season, so, as normal if anybody manages to get 11 goals they will win the game, if anybody goes over the 11 goal target, then they will "bust". In the event that no team finishes on 11 goals, then the prize will go to the highest player(s) after the final game of the season, with the low score prize being allocated in the usual way.
I know it's only a pound or 3 that I'm asking for but I'd appreciate it if you could all pay, so that the eventual winners receive a fair prize pot. Obviously anybody not paying will be ineligible for any winnings, but it does effect what I can pay out to the winners as well.
There are currently 29 players left in the game, listed below are all entrants and what is required to take them through to the end of the season.
Mel Smooth £1 Joe £1 upthetown69 £1 jimmythebulldog £1 Rainbow Warrior £1 hunsworthterrier £1 Ian Littlewood £1 sac63 £1 Bolton Terrier £1 Bubbles13 £1 Harris 7 £1 Bernard & Humphrey £1 Morrisraspass £1 Helmet £1 Ourkid £1 htfcfc £1 amoeba £1 Cowshedder £1 gaulty007 £1 kenmargradays £1 Mally £1 Stevros1988 £1 Fullisheight £1
arterrier £3 terrya £3 Goodshot £3 eastyork £3
As normal, if you can pay by paypal to datmbuster@gmail.com, or message me for bank details to pay by Bacs

Final weekends games have now been added. We have 2 high score winners this week, both on 9 goals, Congratulations to Arterrier and terryya who share the pot of £81. htfcfcfc takes the low score prize to himself as relegated Doncaster only managed to score a solitary goal in their fixtures. Thanks to everybody that has played, we've raised £264 which I'll round up myself to £270, so the KIU campaign and foundation will both be getting sent a cheque for £135. Well done to everybody that has won, and commiserations to all of us who haven't won a bean.

Great way to end the season and no temptation to put the money towards another disappointing away day!
Thanks for sorting it all out.
