I also bought one and had it sent out to Australia.
I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Don't just think of it as a catalogue of Town cigarette cards of years gone by, Roger has told (parts of) the Huddersfield Town story in the descriptions of the images. IMHO, the images aren't what make the book, it's actually the snippets of information about the club.
It's not a Miller Antique's guide, for example. It isn't solely about cards and stickers. It's stories and information about Town, that stem from the photographed items.
It's very informative and a must for any Town fan.

Will ask him for a fanzine next time I see him

I've received your PayPal payment and will send on Monday. Thanks for the books Roger, was great to meet you too. For anyone that hasn't baught one of these books then I'd strongly recommend it. Very good quality book that's a great read. Great for all town fans, young and old. For younger fans like me it's great to look at towns history in a well put together book that cost only 3 quid! For the coffin dodger generation like my dad it's great for them to remenise at old times. 'when I were a lad'. Really recommend it, at 3 quid it's bargain and is cheaper than a London pint!

Chris McKevitt - if you're reading this (and I presume that you DO post on DATM) - thanks for your order; I've posted your book this very afternoon. MT

Glad you enjoyed the site, Chris. Much more on there now other than just cards and stickers; now covers such things as postcards, press photos, team photos, First Day Covers, magazine and annual photographs, Town-related books, badges, fixture cards, programmes, special Town newspapers and some really rare items in my Virtual Museum. And ... I've just re-vamped it both in terms of presentation and with a new 'header' which I'm quite proud of, not having many IT skills!

There'll be a full house of potential customers at Canalside tomorrow Roger from 1230-could be a good chance to rack up a few sales? I'll give you a plug if you're in there.

Picked one up off you last week before the Weds game along with Ben the guttercleaner. Very good read and thoroughly recommended for supporters from all eras, think my Grandad especially appreciated it, having being friends with some of the players featured in the book.
Cheers Roger, hope you sell them all!

UPDATE: Should be selling at the Blackburn game. Weather looks promising. Just looking on your website and looking at the team photo from 1985 and Buxton and Haselden are wearing white shirts. I don't ever recall these shirts being worn in games nor do I ever recall them being on sale, so were they on either count? Do you know? Anyone?
