Do not agree on this best in 100 years voting as the result would be completely different if those who were about in the 20s 30 s 40 50s were still alive to vote . You can only vote on what you have witnessed as then its a case for most of reading the history books to make your mind up. The best match I have ever witnessed in my 53 years was the 5th round F A Cup match in the early 70s when we beat West Ham 4-2 and never been matched since.

Who the hell votes for these things? Bit of a pet peeve of mine, know your history chaps - because there is no way Boothy is the best player we've ever had and Clarke is not the best captain. Both top blokes and cult heroes but best of all time? Jesus...

Agreed, Cult Heroes yes but best players ever, having said that I know Frank Worthington was shit hot but I never saw him play for Town, so could I justifiably vote him as the best player ever?

Why is 93/94 in the list as our best season?
Some people who haven't got a chuffing clue were clearly involved in putting that bollocks together

Even then we nearly facked it up (thanks Pawel) before dragging ourselves over the line.

How is the Bournemouth semi not in the list of best games? I know neutrals who class it as the best game they've ever seen!

For a certain vintage 1979-80 will never be surpassed I agree....79\80 and the following season were the best for me. The away days, coupled with success and the calibre of fans will never be matched. I watched Town in the two top league seasons, but was just a tad too young to follow them away for many games. I went to Leeds, Everton lLiverpool, old Trafford west bROM and Blackpool....plus every home game....but only just remember (if it wasn'tfor my scrapbooks iI probably wouldn't) 1979\80 was the dogs bollox!!!!!!!! (Pardon my French)

Got to agree that Bournemouth semi final was something special. Also remember the oxford 3-3 in 1994.
