Even Town have 3 stars on the shirt (and why not)..Bayern have 5, Real Madrid Christ knows how many...even Bradford are thinking of having one to celebrate winning a corner last month..
But, I think Town are missing a trick here..3 stars doesn't tell the story does it, 3 titles in a row...the first...so i think Town should have three 'linked' stars on their shirts etc...to denote three in a row. Maybe it would attract more attention, then we can brag about it even more..
Just a random thought...

I've noticed other clubs utilising the 'stars' on their shirts, I notice Bradford have one, I assume its to denote their FA Cup triumph. The FA and Football League should bring in the use of stars officially gold ones for each title and a silver one for the FA Cup and bronze one for the League Cup. Although this might result in successful clubs having a shirt covered in stars, ie Manchester United and Liverpool, something to give it a little more kudos as opposed to having clubs using stars willy nilly.

It amazes me why we don't have 4.

When Man City revealed a new badge a few years back it had three stars on it purely for 'aesthetics' (although, since then they have won a third league title)! Love how Bradford laugh at us living in the past... before adding a star for a 1911 FA Cup win! You can tell if a team plays in a Micky Mouse league; it's one star for every five / ten league titles won. I think the OP has a point, though...
