As we seem to have at least started every friendly 3-5-2
I think we are looking at Smithies
Peltier Gerrard Lynch
Hamill Hogg Clayton/Norwood Lolley Dixon
Vaughan Wells
Hughes Smith Wallace Billing/Norwood Holmes Ward Paterson

Who is Hughes? Decent 11 would concur assume he means murphy. on the subject of which, hope our keepers have been practicing saving pens, as peltier is good for giving away a couple a season

Senility kicked in, it's meant to be Hammill down the right Dixon left and Murphy sub keeper

Obviously lacking a little strength in depth and much will depend on injuries, but if we can add the odd experienced signing, then I think there's enough there to be reasonably optimistic for the new season.

Exactly. I see us having a strong competitive campaign. Consistency and no silly talk of being safe or having enough points and luckier with injuries are a must. Leaving something in the kitty for any January acquisitions is also wise. Looking forward to start of season hopefully with squad intact.
