If Hockaday gets the boot I don't think it will have any effect on our search for a manager. That nutcase Cellino will probably be eyeing up somebody like the Brighouse manager for the Leeds job.

He's just a nothing, a puppet to Chellino, lol When Hockaday does get sacked he may get employment in a Dolmio advert , he has that Italian connection now.

I quite enjoy the diversity on here I don't think there is enough Diversity on here. What about that kid who get thrown around like a Dwarf on Wolf of Wall Street? He's ace.

What a circus! He's been given 6 games to get a bunch of 2nd rate Italians up to speed with the rigours of the championship?
Lunatic running the asylum has never sounded so apt..

And for those that complain it took more than 17 days to get a manager, now watch what happens. Who in their right mind would take it

Doubt there will be a big payoff, I bet Cellino gives contracts to his manager/coach or whatever he calls them with a clause in that is beneficial in his favour knowing what he is like with getting shut of coaches. He will probably offer larger wages but put a clause into the contract that he only has to pay a quarter of the contract, and nobodies like Hockaday will sign regardless. The test comes when he makes a big appointment, but then again I cant see that happening, for the simple fact that no manager worth their salt will go to a club where the players are picked for you, the team is picked, the tactics are picked, and you simply try and coach them. Oh and the fact he gives you a few games before wielding the axe. I have said plenty of times before, imagine someone with some balls getting the job like a Davies, a Warnock or a Pulis. "Oh Neil, I have signed a couple of Italians yesterday for you, I want to play 3-5-2 on saturday with the following players. Coach them for me will you" The phrase I expect to follow from the manager would be four letters followed by "off"

I still think despite the chaos and interference, Cellino will have them in the premier league sooner rather than later

Spoke to a Bradford fan who was there last night. He said the Leeds fan were a disgrace as they ripped out seats and caused as much damage as they could. Apparently they did not like the Bradford fans chanting "Your`e not famous anymore" (How true!) Cant wait to beat them in a few weeks and by then they may have sourced their new manager from one of the local Sunday leagues.

Malky mackay would be my guess for their next boss. Only a desperate boss would be prepared to work with Cellino ( and have him dictate signings, tactics etc as he clearly does). Mackey is desperate. Also cellino won't give a stuff about anything that was in those emails. hes italian.

I still think despite the chaos and interference, Cellino will have them in the premier league sooner rather than later Not unless he has a huge shift in his approach. For all the mental owners in the PL/champ over the last few years, cellino to me seems like a completely different kettle. Doesnt have a lot of money to throw around but wants all the power...although we've seen some power hungry chairmen, he seems to take it much further. At least the owners at QPR and the like have plenty of money to throw at it so make up for instability by throwing cash at situations.... cellino doesn't seem to have the financial clout and will probably end up filling their squad with more and more poor italian players. people say our players dont have enough spirit....try a load of italians playing through the winter in bloody leeds He'll probably appoint an italian coach next who will be completely out of their depth in the championship. Only way I can see it working is if they appoint someone like zola or di canio who understand both cultures.
