Didn't know the club let fans stand in the ground . When did they sanction this ? Have you EVER been to a football match? Away fans have been standing forever.

Our ground is now like a library, the singing section of the Kilner bank which made all the noise on match days has been depleted because of it Fook me. A group of fans get together to form a behind goal singing section, what's not to like? I'm all for free speach and an open forum for debate but sometimes I look on here and start to lose the will to live. I thought dispite a small crowd the Charlton game had a great atmosphere. I could here the Kilner and the NSL. Some people in the Kilner are frightened of their singing section being taken from them. Simple as that. They're the only ones who don't like the NSL, and it's because they only care about their section rather than the atmosphere in the whole ground.

I retract my earlier statement. Apparently you can get to the south stand via St. Andrews road also.

The Bournmouth game was a poor atmosphere for obvious reasons, the Charlton game, although i couldn't make it, everyone said it was a cracking atmosphere all around the ground, & finally the Forest game the Kilner wasn't even open!

Do you want the south stand? If you do, listen in. There is only one way, ONE WAY TO THE SOUTH STAND. Read that again please, and once more for prosperity. That way is to fill the North Stand, then it shall be ours. Can i be any clearer than that? People who go in the South Stand will probably be jerks who steal the atmosphere from other stands.

There's no law that says fans cannot stand. tell the stewards that . Stewards don't enforce law keeping, policemen do. You will NEVER see a police officer intervene to encourage or insist someone sits down at a football match, because, THERE IS NO LAW TO ENFORCE. Note...someone who is standing who is breaking other laws or looks like he's going to break other laws might get a visit. But NOT for standing. I'm amazed there are still people who dont seem to realise/acknowledge this.

Let's face it, in a world where the worlds best football teams are a button push away, it's easier not to support your small home town club. I applaud every single man and woman that brings their child into the North Stand, you are blooding the future town fan. Some of the nippers in our stand are already diehards and they have the town sense of humour too!

Some of the nippers in our stand are already diehards and they have the town sense of humour too! Spot on. As an unfit mid 40s who tries to run the Parkrun at Greenhead Park on a Saturday morning, all I really want to do is sit down (or ideally sleep) all afternoon. However, I have a kid. So when we're not otherwise engaged, I take him to a Town match...we've been on a tour of the stands over the last few years, but he actually preferred the FM Lower anyway, standing on the back row like at some crappy away ground. To be honest, Ive lost a lot of interest in watching Town over the last few years as Grayson and Robins football simply wasnt for me....however, having been away on holiday since the Bournemouth game, and due to fly back tomorrow, with new school year starting on Tuesday, the first thing related to "what we do when we're back at home" I'm asked is, "whats the next Town game....can we go in the seats where we watched Bournemouth from". He enjoyed that game in the NSL DESPITE the result...and wants some more.

It's so frustrating, since when has the agenda been to divide fans.

Sorry to you NSL but it's made the atmosphere worse. You can't hear anything, all you can see is lots of clapping! Have you got your hearing aid on the correct setting?

The NSL want the same as everyone else, a good home atmosphere, so instead of sitting in your seat moaning at us, why not join us?

Went to my first game for a while against charlton. Found the nsl def added to the atmosphere. The main thing I noticed was it was quite infectios early on it was just them. But from there the atmosphere seamed to spread. Best I've known down there for a while. (When not a playoff match) if that happens against a team that brings a few away fans and the whole ground will be bouncing. In short keep up the good work guys top job.
