The NSL want the same as everyone else, a good home atmosphere, so instead of sitting in your seat moaning at us, why not join us? End of last season the survey that was filled in by town fans showed the vast majority of town fans wanted a better atmosphere. Fans try to create atmosphere and some fans slate them!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Our ground is now like a library, the singing section of the Kilner bank which made all the noise on match days has been depleted because of it To be fair you have a point, the atmoshpere is much better when everyone is up in kilner bank

I'm back. Why was a small following like Bournemouth singing Is This A library? Probably because we were getting arseholed therefore nothing much to sing about. Now I don't sit with NSL as I prefer a side on view most of the time but i tried it against Bournemouth and it was pretty good despite the hiding we took.
Seriously pal these guys have put a lot of time and money into it for no other reason than to try and make it better for everyone(yourself included)and imo it is working, so why not give it a try before slating it,you might enjoy it.

I'm back. Why was a small following like Bournemouth singing Is This A library? Because they'd gone to borrow a book from the library?

Our ground is now like a library, the singing section of the Kilner bank which made all the noise on match days has been depleted because of it I've sat in the Kilner singing section for the last 5 years or so now and apart from a handful of games it's been poor... So now give the NS a go....In the end itself the atmosphere is fantastic although i accept the noise doesn't travel that's more about acoustics than the effort that's being put in. If you were in there plus another 500 or so you could then realise what we have achieved already in such a small period of time. If we fill the NS then what's to stop us asking for the SS with the best acoustics in the stadium which is why 300 or so Bournemouth fans can out sing the Kilner....even with 2000 Town fans that's 50% more than the average away following than we had last season so financially it's a winner for Town but we have to fill the NS first to prove the point.....Have a look at the bigger picture mate.

To be fair I seem to remember at Leeds Road the Cowshedders and Terracers didn't care much for each other. Have I made that up or can others remember it being that way?
I'll be in the NSL next time I'm over. If it's not for you, that's your business, but don't invent a problem where none exists.

Think you're making that bit up, as I used to go in both the East terrace and the Cowshed and don't remember owt like that.

Cowshed, give us a song". To be honest, where I was on the terrace (down by away fans first half) you could never hear the Cowshed, it just looked like some kids clapping in the distance. I assume it must have been shit and pointless and drained the atmosphere from the rest of the ground!
