your best results were gained due to pressure via high/long balls and keeping the ball in the oppositions half/penalty area.
at this moment on a good day, you have sharp and ajose.. sharp isn't quick, ajose lacks strength..
if you are heading in the direction of trying to play football from back to front you don't have the players and the crowd don't have the patience..

A transfer nightmare indeed....3 of em scored tonight against a team that gave you a good kicking at home. And didn't someone mention earlier that he'd never been surer that Town were going to finish above us for the first time in his lifetime..Oh really : ) Looking forward to Saturday, Pretty sure we'll be 8 points in front of you come 5pm.

Chin up sunshine. We do play you at the weekend. I just wonder if you'll ever get out the bottom three this season? doubt it but at least you've still got Leeds to laugh at...you know that team that keeps on giving apparently.

Nah, what's embarrassing is a bunch of inbreds from beeston who can barely afford a computer spend there shared time between you and your 53 brothers commenting on another teams board...

It's not like been on another teams board here though is it, this last 6 months there's been just as many Leeds threads as Town ones. I feel quite at home here actually. The fact is you lot have spent the entire summer banging on about what a mess we're in and how were going to go down and how funny it's going to be watching us implode. Most of you took your eye off your own club whilst obsessing about Leeds and as it's turning out you're in a far worst position than us.

Bit rich from a club that changed its kit to try and replicate success, has won only as many league title trophies as our amateurish outfit and who despite protestations to the contrary will increase its crowd by 40%+ on sat to watch us when we have decided rightly imo not come in numbers and pay mega bucks to sit in an antiquated skip surrounded by knuckle dragging buffoons

To be fair the 'Yorkshire Club' thing is a bit embarrassing.
And they are right to an extent about the fact that we did expect them to be down there with us at the bottom. They buy a bunch of lower league Italians who turn out to be ok so far. We buy a lower league Spaniard who turns out to be a pub player. Only at Town does this seem to happen.

Tbf Leeds' Italian non league players came good last night! Can see them beating us Saturday :/ This non league thing makes me smile, they are certainly not world beaters but all are Serie B players, with some having Serie A experience. Berardi is a full Swiss international, Sloth is a full Danish international, and 2 who haven't even made it into the team yet, Adryan and Montenegro, are Brazilian and Paraguayan under 21 internationals respectively. Combining all that with some very talented home grown players like Cook, Byram, Mowatt, Cooper, Dawson and Walters and things do look quite exciting for us Beeston bellends. Still just cautiously optimistic though, not getting carried away, Saturday could well bite us on the arse!

Football fans inhabit a world where their mood and perception changes quicker than a hormonal woman being denied chocolate. It wasnt that long ago Leeds fans were all doom and gloom about how terrible everything is and then two wins on the bounce and suddenly the "champions of europe" are back!
To be fair it does happen to all team's fans but it is so pathetic and people really should have something better to do with their lives.
Ah well I am sure come Saturday afternoon one side or the other will have flipped their mood again!

Not wishing to be argumentative but im assuming because your on a football forum you follow football? if what your saying is people shouldn't get so passionate and excitable about the football club you follow, well why the hell bother following them in the first place?? and on the highlighted point why do you assume that if someone is passionate about their football club that they have nothing else in their lives?

You seem very tetchy there! I mean that people overreact all the time to either posts people make or you lose a game and suddenly its the end of the world and then the next week you win and you decide to go on a rivals forum mocking them for something or other. Its the playground mentality and in grown men (which I assume most on here are) yes I think that type of behaviour is a bit pathetic as we have all seen enough success and failure to have a modicum of grace and humility on these matters. Nothing wrong with being on a football forum but ask yourself whether your intention of coming on a Huddersfield Town forum was actually to have a debate or to try and wind other fans up. Im sure thats not you at all but there are plenty who are and I just figure there are better things people could be doing with their lives than that.
