watching pavel score a goal when he was at least a week and a half offside, surreal moment.. only outdone for surreal moments by the Vaughan non penalty the other week..

God, I must be going senile - can't even remember half of those!
For sheer drama, taking the importance of the match into account, I'd put these (in no particular order) above the others;
McAliskey v Scunthorpe
Bournemouth play off semi.
Lincoln play off semi.
Barnsley, when both stayed up.

Don't remember the game but records say we lost 2-1 to Crewe but Matt Glennon saved 3 penalties.

Tony Carrs ---- I wouldn't mind a small wager that if he had 1000 attempts he wouldn't get one anywhere near as good as that!

The Lincoln game in the playoffs. I would have said the pen shoot out win v Bournemouth but we lost in the final, so I see the Bournemouth game as insignificant. The MK Dons game means more to me now and we lost.

The win against The Bantams in 1998/98 was probably a game I remember most. Its not often there is an 'evil' atmosphere in our stadium, but on this particular day there was. The Gordon Watson/Kevin Gray saga was still ongoing. In fact Watson was a sub that day and endured a torrent of a abuse and missiles thrown at him while warming up. The Bantams gained promotion to the top flight that season and their performance that day showed why. They bossed almost the whole game, but failed to add to their early goal and it was Town who scored two in two minutes to turn the game around. Town in fact did the double over our dear neighbours that season. This was a game that always stood out for me for both the right and wrong reasons in football.

Paul Dalton's goal against Stoke to clinch a 3-1 win, our first of the season in the 15th game of the season, Jacko's first win as manager, the start of the Great Escape. It was a length of the pitch special with the Stoke keeper caught upfield at a corner. Incredible atmosphere at the game.
