Tom Cowan goal direct from a throw in. Wasn't that at Oakwell? Quite possibly. My best memories at Town I'm usually not quite there.

The more you look back you realise that there have been some great moments and memories to counter balance the bad ones. UTT

Going on my emotions. 1. Thorrington. Never laughed so much at a footie match. 2. Carss. Didn't even cheer. Just stood mouth agape with a silent wow. 3. Pilks leg break. Sickening. The noise from the crowd was unique, but one I don 't want to hear again.
Oops. The last one is not a favourite, but memorable.

Bournemouth in the play offs for me, the amount of emotions as Anthony Kay stepped up for the penalty which he smashed off the bar and in. He also saved us to take it to penalties too didnt he?
What a game

First half v. Port Vale in the 1999-2000 season. We ended up drawing the game 2-2 (Vale were our bogey side in those days), but the football we played in the first half of that game was some of the best I have ever see Town play.
Cup game v. Liverpool when we deserved a draw at the very least. Shame we didn't have our shooting boots on that day.
I was never really a fan of Tony Carss, but that goal he scored against Torquay was an absolute belter.

when we pulled it back to 2-2 after been 2-0 down to lincoln city in play offs, it meant that we were going through on aggregate the atmosphere after the second goal was electric best ive heard at new stadium just for a change everyone sang

The crowd went wild when Edwards scored the equalizer and what turned out to be the aggregate winner.

Town fan with kid on his shoulders battling on the pitch defending the Kilner Bank from attack with a few others (from Birmingham?) It was against Portsmouth, last game of whenever...and he was a Pompey fan, not Town, but even if it had been Town, he would still have been a grade 1 walker

rob edwards equaliser against lincoln city in the playoffs, after being 2 goals very special. Yeah that game sticks out for me too, as well as the game against Lincoln when Dunny scored the first golden goal. The comeback against Oxford was good too

What a game This is the one I was thinking of. Special atmosphere that night, and some great football and goals. Remember those paper clapper things? The next round was not so good.

v Palace.. destroyed them with the best all round attacking display I have ever seen Town produce.
Pavs 'offside goal'.. he would still be offside now...
Tony Carrs volley..
going to the big games in the championship when you really believed you could win the game and there was a big crowd and an atmosphere that 'we were at home and bloody good'....
