Looks like these are to be £30 based looking at Fulham website. We are a Cat B game but so is Bolton at home for Fulham and tickets are only £25.00. Must be because Bolton is a night match.
Good job train fare is only £20 return.

Seems a bit harsh does that. Their games v Wolves (Weds), Cardiff (Sat) and Rover (Sat) were allCat B games, away fans paid £25. Their game v Norwich is a Cat A and is £30 for away fans, yet Blackpool on a Wednesday night is a Cat B and £30, doesn't make any sense. Website might be wrong. Based on that it a should be £25 for Town fans.

Plus kiwi shoe polish at a fiver a go dont use kiwi boot polish it wont darken well enough. Mix crushed charcoal with black powder paint and add water til its right. If you brig a travel flask with you and keep it in there you can top up throughout the day. Getting abit worried about a assasination attempt by left wing datmaccers though.

seems the eight bells near putney bridge station is the best pub for away fans? will this be our pub like o neills was at qpr last season?

If the Eight Bells is the one I am thinking of, it's quite a shithole and not a lot of beer choice. However the meals were very cheap.
The Crabtree is a good real ale pub. Went there before and after the Youth semi final in March.
It's only a short walk to the ground.
Don't know if they let away fans in on a main match day though.
(Disclaimer; Being Australian, every thing I say could be utter bollocks....)

I suggest the Bricklayers Arms in Putney. See www.bricklayers-arms.co.uk/contact-us/It's a pleasant enough walk from there. Son of Saintly and I took a drink or two before seeing Saints play at Fulham in December 2012. Football fans, provided not rowdy, are welcomed. See the comments about what papers say about the pub in a window on the web page. Indeed, we held pleasant conversations with Fulham fans. I'm not sure about food there, but the beer is very good indeed. The two of us will be there on November 8 - but wearing blue and not red on this occasion.

A bit harsh, dig1. There's nothing wrong with having a few beers in a quiet pub, perhaps somewhat on the lines of the excellent Star at Folly Hall. Surely there's no obligation to get rat-arsed before every match.
Are you not trying to be too clever? (By the way, I don't make a habit of arguing on this board, almost for the sake of it, the way that lots do.)

I suggest the White Horse on Parsons Green. A mile from the ground and a legendary real ale boozer we went there before the town v chelsea game a while back when i lived in fulham..great spot, vast range of beers + good (pricey) food + good outdoor paved area facing the green...It's just below parsons green tube station... www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Parsons+Green,+London+SW6/@51.4754439,-0.2107261,15z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x48760f9cf2734937:0x4355402fd17c1261
