Yeah I've thought of the problem of the advertising boards stopping us have long banners behind the goal.We could still have those,we need to get in touch with the club
and stadium to arrange two levels of boards, advertising boarding is not far behind goal line at low level, the second boarding is the stand boarding at higher level on which we can attach our banners and they could be seen from all over the ground.

But maybe that's something for next season or in the future to work on, because I can't see the club doing that mid season:/

I remember the days of bog rolls...in the cowshed...then we moved 'up' to bags of torn up newspapers..which also looked great...take a handful and pass it on down the line...

We can have torn paper mate, as long as it's if the approved kind (honestly), infact we will be bringing some along this week.

Would we be allowed to cover the NS Lower entirely with fabric that has a B1 fire certificate? Would we then be allowed to use fire proof paint on it?

Thanks Cole for what you said.Yeah it's ptob something for the future,we need to build our numbers up before we maybe do something like that and yeah the club probably won;t want to change the boardings mid season. & thanks for the like Mel but colour as you know will attract people,it'll help build our numbers up and you never know until you ask

The blue 7 white paper we used as ticker tape had to be approved by the SAG events panel before we had it shredded !!...and even then i got a paper cut

Not that much going on at the moment but just seen that Oldham have a group similar to the NSL. Been going since 2012 so a few years in front of us but seems they are doing alright. Link to the Facebook page here; m.facebook.com/OA95ultras

Link to the Facebook page here; m.facebook.com/OA95ultrasThe only photos I saw of them was the ched evans banner and their athleticos banner. There only looked to be about 50 people in the photos I saw, though.

They made a good effort at the preseason friendly Pozza, just a few lads but they sang all game.
Certainly better than the effort the players put in that day.

Wish there was a back wall in the NS to hang banners. The athletico's one at the back of Oldhams looks brill.

That surfer is doable at that price. 100m square of fire proof material is about £100.

Simple design such as that wouldn't need too much paint. Perhaps could start a new fundraiser? I'd chip in a decent amount.

Im going to bring @billynomates into this because he had a meeting with John Robinson (who reads this board btw) about these rolls of fabric. www.ultrasshop.com/index.php?a=sklep&p=747£89 for 1.5x100m fire retardant fabric. Can be used to make small flags or crowd surfers. The issue I think john Robinson had with this particular idea was more of a trust element. Which is understandable. It would save us huge costs if we could make our own using legal materials. The bulk of the cost is always in labour (printing) and postage. 2 rolls at £180 would be ideal for us to have a design night with a few pots of paint and make our own crowd surfers like you've posted.

I had me eye on those ben. They could also be used to make a long painted banner 'ultra' style like our NSL one. Keep mentioning it but I think a tifo night where some of us meet up to paint a banner/flag or two is a good idea.

Ideas for you guys, living in Denmark here is some links with Danish fans :
Brøndby
FCK
Nothing beats the FCK tifo, the cannonball destroys Brøndbys stadium.

I think for future Tifo's we should look at some of these ultras and try to replicate something similar, they look amazing. BrØndby's stand is similar to ours, another aim.
