I'm going to predict we'll get something between 0 and 3 points this weekend. I might stick my neck out and say it'll be either one or three points as I don't like even numbers...
3 points and I'll be planning my route to Old Trafford, 0 points and the sat nav will be programmed for Bradford...
Today at work I decided that if tomorrow is a rubbish day I'll jack it in, if it's not so bad I'll give it another 32 days...

Definately not a make or break game ...
We have a spine now we dont lay down as easily as the previous regime made us ,having said that if we lose no big issue ,as a town fan as long as we put in a good performance and show the heart and look like giving having a chance then im happy. If we win then all good but need to keep feet on ground which think CP will do as building good side here as believe stability is key here.

Can't see how this is make or break, or even a pointer towards anything. Forest are one of the best teams in the division, but currently off form so could go either way.
Not saying we won't learn anything from the game but I don't think the fact it's Forest means we'll learn any more than we would against anybody else.

Yes I realise one game doesn't define the season, but I really think Saturday will be a good pointer as to which way we're going. A win and I can see us heading up the table, hopefully for a play off spot, anything else and mid table / struggle would be the best I think. Yes I'm pleased as punch with the current form, but it hasn't moved us far, and I really think we've got a good enough squad to be getting into the play-offs. Just needs the players and some fans on here to believe in themselves. That third relegation spot though is wide open, assuming the other two as many do, are basically basket cases, which really isn't a certainty at this time of the season. So come on Town, I'm optimistic, well at least until 4.45pm on Saturday! I think were a season long fit James Vaughan (which I doubt is going to happen), plus a quality left back away from being play off contenders.

I agree, I was surprised when Powell said something similar recently about it being a test of how far we've come or something. Its just another tough championship game against a good side

Its a typical championship season. there won't be much difference between the sides challenging for a play-off place and those fighting off relegation. We could be doing either come next april IMO. One players form or an injury to a key man can make all the difference between a club trying to finish 6th or 21st.

As long as I've watched Town we have never been a consistent team at all except on the bad side. Hopefully we now have a manager who manages it in a good way.
