So if it had gone in that thread then many people would have missed it. The original thread was about the possibility of the teams meeting. Personally I wouldn't bother clicking on that thread again if a new post was added because it could have been about anything and I don't have the time to read through pages and pages of one thread I have already read every time a new post is added. The new thread is a new angle on the story and one which people might be interested to know and therefore deserves it's own thread, in my opinion. No doubt you'll disagree with me but such is life.

Imo I agree with you Rob , this one is actually promoting the details of the television arrangement from the Halifax website.

Sorry, how many f***** threads do you need about Bradford v Halifaz. If you cant be arsed to read the contents of the thread then you probably shouldn't be here... Are we going to have another thread for the press conferences? Then one for whos supplying the pies? the match day lineups? the sponsors.. Before a big match thread? Then an aftermath thread? All about a first round FA cup tie .... Its bloody ridiculous
(am awaiting a like from pipes )

Perhaps not. But if multiple threads wind you up so much then perhaps it's you that shouldn't be here. Get a grip FFS. It's just a f****** thread.

Personally I wouldn't bother clicking on that thread again if a new post was added because it could have been about anything and I don't have the time to read through pages and pages of one thread I have already read every time a new post is added. If you click the little blue box that says 'NEW' on the thread page, it takes you straight to the post after the last one you viewed (providing you're logged on). I don't know if you knew this, maybe some don't, but it makes perusing the boards a lot easier.

The new thread is a new angle on the story and one which people might be interested to know and therefore deserves it's own thread, in my opinion. No doubt you'll disagree with me but such is life. New angle being the TV coverage? Merging threads and retitle with details about TV coverage is the way organised forums would do it. As outlined above, click on 'new posts' or start from last page. So yes we do disagree but no biggie.

Maybe our style of play but he always struggled for us over winter on poorer pitches. Got 3.5k tickets with another thousand if required. Not decided if I'm going yet. Usually would but might just watch on tv. Don't fancy us at all.
