The traditional home for the London Terriers to watch TV games, the City Road Sports bar has closed it doors after the owner decided not to renew the lease. Was just wandering where other London based Town fans were planning to watch Saturdays game as we have created a good atmosphere in the past and would like to keep it going.
Cheers

Just had a COBRA meeting with the London Terriers board via email this aft and we think this is a worthy candidate for a new pub location. It's showing the match and looks good, thus on behalf of the board I look forward to seeing you on Saturday. UTT

Also sounds like it's NSL approved and Millbridge WMC recommended.

A strip joint about 50 yards up the road as well for afters! Very good choice with an underground tube station across the road.

A small but friendly bunch, maybe 20 of us. What did people make of this venue. I thought OK for Saturday lunchtime, but might not want us in on nightime when I assume they're busy with food. Anyone know if any of these might be OK for the future? -The Comedy Pub sounds appropriate for long suffering Town fans www.matchpint.co.uk/london-sports-bar
