Negative from the off. Should have been beaten. Another messer of a manager.

What would you have done colt? And why should we have lost. Fair point in the end. Simple. started with my strongest team. Last time we did that we won convincingly. Easy game made look hard by some people.

I take it you'd have started Bunn though, who was poor today.

Colt, you know more about football than anyone. You tell us that often enough. Assuming you were too busy for the gig, who would you appointed in your place?

Don't think we should have lost but I agree with this thread title. Powell set us up for a 0-0 away to Barcelona again when we're at home to a struggling Championship outfit. Does he know how hard I work during the week to pay to watch that negative shit. He needs to lose his obsession with 3 in midfield when we're at home and the game is there to be won - these games (Wigan, Wednesday) won't come round again.
Can anyone tell me (or Nahki Wells) what situation will mean he starts with Wells apart from when we have injuries. If I were Wells I'd be on to my agent to find a club that offers me some hope of starting - Powell wants to go one up top and Wells isn't a one up top player so he'll be gone. What a waste.

Had no issues with the starting 11 but the subs bench was so defensive. Why do you need 5 defensive minded players on the bench, especially against a team who haven't won in ages?

watching holt struggle miles away from anyone else is disappointing to say the least..thought it resembled a sunday league game for most of the time..two poor sides who couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo and consistently make poor/wrong decisions on a football pitch. lynch trying desperately at the end to chuck it away again, will he ever learn??? dull, predictable tactics from both sides till we went 4/4/2 and it opened up a bit, could have been 2-2... holt is a targetman, no point having one if nobody gets near enough, often enough to help him out. we played the first half with 3 holding central players and bunn and scannell deep? very odd, very dull..not sure if chris knows who we were actually playing, I would have set up that way against Chelsea possibly..?

Wells and Ward start today and we would of arsed them. Bunn poor last 2 games now, and if we can't start with 2 up top at home what's the point, just a point and 2 wasted.

I take it you'd have started Bunn though, who was poor today. Bunn was poor and was rightly subbed. But yes I would have started him. 3 attempts on target 2 of them by Wells in 20 mins.

If Ward had started in place of Bunn it would rightly have been criticised and his poor performance today certainly could not have been predicted prior to kick off. Hindsight is so wonderful isn't it!

Can't understand how you're not coaching at Real Madrid Mel, try quitting the sarcasm. I know Town can't do a lot wrong in your eyes but today was wrong tactics from the off against a side I know only too well was there for the taking. I got a message I am more than happy to show you from Jacobs coach saying "Wells injured" We set up to get the draw we ended up with.

With the fourth best away record in the table - it would seem that they aren't the pushovers you know them to be. And today were the first starts for GTF and McGugan so your prior knowledge is clearly of a different lineup. Weren't you deriding Palmer their right full back before today and we had literally no joy down our left with Ward or Bunn. I thought he looked quite assured.

I don't think we set up for a draw at all.. This is a formation that has garnered wins.... 11-15 in last five home games will do for me.... Powell took the helm of a sinking ship, albeit Lillis steadied it a little ... I'm not going to slag him every time we don't win
