Agree the concourse under the Kilner is like a concrete car park...soul less , cold and dreary. It's practically impossible to walk from one end to the other because of the queues at the catering outlets backing up to the back wall... It's not a pleasant experience down there. Even the outdoor one at Fulham was better, better catering, better TV's and a few barriers to seperate fans queuing from those meandering about..the loos were better too...more of them, bigger and cleaner... and while I'm having a good old moan...the JSS stadium itself is decripit..there's algai on the trusses and rust on the stantions..have a look up next time you're there...it's a disaster waiting to happen...and it's just a bloody dump...even the seats are rusty and i've seen 2 or 3 collapse under someone recently...
Who's in charge of all this...eh ? answer me that...sack 'em...!! reminds me of when I went to the old stadium at Walsall before they moved...and Boothferry park in it's latter days...
Shocking !

As poor as the catering is, I'm surprised there are so many complaints.
Not only can I survive without food or alcohol for a couple hours, I don't even desire it! Seriously. I'm being serious.
Have you all just rode in from the Sahara or what?

Best catering i have ever seen was at Fulham. It was that good, alot of our fans spent the day drinking and eating whilst watching the match live on a flat screen tv.

One of the guys gave me half a pint to finish off Saturday - it was positively disgusting. Flat as a fart. Plus she tried to short change him out of a £10. Our catering in FML is just rubbish. Worse this season than previous ones in FML.

Imagine if the club rented the booths to local restaurants and butchers, breweries Like the food festival in St George's square.imagine the que for some nice curry and rice.or proper pie and peas. We have some of the best beer in the world in our area but get served utter shite Unfortunately money talks !!! If we really wanted to stand out as a forward thinking club this is the road we should go down. The catering is crap, I agree, but some changes are feasible and others aren't. You can't serve real beer without a cellar to keep it in, and it's a product that needs to be sold pretty quickly or it goes stale. Quality bottled beer from Magic Rock or one of the other local micros would be great, but would the safety officers allow glass bottles in the place?

Plus there's a great big sign on the stadium and at the side of the road on all routes towards Huddersfield. We don't think that that "sponsorship" didn't have certain conditions associated with it do we??

Blame the NSL. Everything is their fault at the moment.

Badly needs sorting out. I saw the woman that works behind the burger bar getting verbally abused for the second game in a row, although she wasn't helping herself with her smart attitude. I will never buy a burger at half time from that bar again, it's a truly traumatic experience. And the idiotic stewards made it even worse by splitting the queue into two, which made it even harder for the staff to decide who to serve first. Anyone else had problems? Agreed...the catering is presently a shambles throughout apparently there is a re-shuffle going on to get it sorted...By Christmas i was informed...Let's see.

Football catering is notoriously bad, but the burger van on the approach to the stadium is miles better than anything in there. Beer & food at canalside far better value too.
Virtually all stadium "goodies" are awful quality & even worse value

I wonder if any of the directors have sampled the beer & food in the ground (not in hospitality), as surely they would say the quality & value is totally unacceptable?
However, the answer until things improve, should be to boycott it
