I remember all the hassle about Wimbledon moving to MK Dons but this one seems to have gone under the radar. At over 6 miles from Bolton to Horwich it is clearly a football club moving from one Town to another. Could you imagine Town being based at the other side of Brighouse. Anyway sounds like Manchester to start with & then Horwich Town Centre thereafter. I guess we will take 1,600.

Great comparison . From the centre of Bolton it takes about 5 mins more to get to the Reebok than it did Manchester road

What a strange thread. I've never met 1 bolton fan who feels that their club has moved out of Bolton. Not 1.

That makes it even worse if non of them have noticed. I would certainly have noticed if Town had moved 6 miles away!

What a strange thread. I've never met 1 bolton fan who feels that their club has moved out of Bolton. Not 1. Is Horwich not a separate town from Bolton? Ok, its part of the metropolitan Bolton area but Nick's example of Town playing in Brighouse is a good one. Its not really an issue, although I suppose you'd be the best man to clear it up.....and Nick, I'm going.

I still thort Boltons ground was in Bolton tbh, It is. Its just on the outskirts now.. I think most boltonians would consider Horwich/middlebrook as being part of Bolton

Thort you meant Norwich ? This is silly. Why can't you spell simple words correctly? What is it that makes you think it is amusing to constantly spell regularly used words wrong?

If town were relocating, which they are not, but the obvious place to go is where most of their supporters live....HD9 (Holme Valley).....the veritable hotbed of Town support, albeit ignored by Deano in favour of Canalside and Mulebridge... (ducks under parapet)
