1629 to Norwich would be a tidy turnout IMO

Bought three tickets today and 900 sold so far. Still some way to go to sell out the first 1500 allocated.

Would expect us to take at least 1700 maybe even 2200, probably some where between them 2 amounts.

That happened to us, initially when Powell took over, first 3 games were shit, then all of a sudden we won one game and that was it we started playing well, we've lost two of the last 3 though.

I'm up north this weekend and will be off to Bolton. First time for me to the Reebok (or whatever it's called these days). I'm led to believe parking is a bit of an issue, so can anyone advise me?

I parked with ease last time in one of their big open car parks right by the ground. Took an age to get out, though. You can never totally win.

Epsom - Go past the ground (on your left) up to the next roundabout then right and right again into an Industrial area, where you may have to pay £3 to some shyster to park at the front of the units but there's a pub on that corner that's away friendly. Afterwards you can turn right at the same junction and follow that road into the sticks and back onto the A road to get back on the M61 one junction south thus avoid any queues past the stadium again and getting stuck in there for hours after in grid lock. Worked for me past few visits.

Head to St Josephs School...£4...loads of room, money going to support the school, the attendant will direct you the "back route" to get to the ground. Google it, but from memory, from the motorway you drive towards the ground (ground is on your left), and turn left at a pub roundabout (there's not many pubs round there)...drive a couple hundred yards and its on your left. On way out, drive straight over that roundabout and just keep going for a bit before letting your SatNav rescue you, if you try and turn directly to the motorway you'll be queuing for ages.

The pub on the roundabout is called the Beehive and as mentioned serves away fans.
The away car park takes ages to clear as you are relying on people letting you out.
The school mentioned is a much better option. Directions above are pretty spot, just drive past the ground on your left through a couple of sets of lights till you get to the roundabout and go left.

Pay on the day announced. So if you haven't got a ticket, you can pay at the gate.

Never having been to Bolton before, where's best for pre-match refreshment? Loads of pubs in the town centre, but obviously the ground's miles away. Has anyone ever used their bus service?

There's a far better option than trying to park anywhere near the ground. Horwich Parkway station is right outside the ground. Drive to Lostock station which is the stop before. It's got a massive car park & the trains are very regular, but only take a few minutes. I've done that for both of the last 2 seasons & it's far better than pissing about trying to park at the ground.
