We have come poorly through a section where we could have moved up the table and given comfort. What now Mr Powell? All fecking ego and no notion.

Still think we're going down this time. If we can keep the majority of this team, we will walk League 1

How can we be so boring against Brum when we have a world beating winger with 2 goals all season causing them havoc and laying on tap ins for his strikers?!!

Same shit seen many many times for the last 3 seasons. Why can we never get a manager who can get some consistency?
Today was the same sub-standard dross witnessed many, many times under Robins, Clark, Grayson.
Funny enough I'm not angry. After a while you just accept it will be dross with the odd decent performance.

Unless we are really smart in January we are likely to go down. We have the occasional good result which lures us into a false sense of security but in reality we're nothing special and I can see us sinking with Blackpool.

Well, at this rate, at least the last few games of the season should be interesting

If we play 1 up front we have to pay an attacking mid/number 10 behind the front man. What on earth has happened to Majewski?

Without a doubt as the game progressed, Powell was settling for a point. Wouldn`t have made the attacking subs if we hadn`t shipped the inevitable goal.

I can understand people's frustration with Powell and we were warned by Charlton fans that his style was boring, but we can't judge a manager who hasn't yet had an opportunity to bring in his own players. Lets see who he brings in January and what effect they have before we start giving him grief.

One up front at home should be instant sacking for any manager.against fucking Birmingham especially One up front works if your midfield pushes up to support. Unfortunately our midfield wanted to stand 40 yards away on our defenders' toes. Can't help but think that Powell had instructed them to play like that. Seriously doubting this guy now. Think he's overly negative. He got the new manager effect for a few games, the players raised their games, but now he just looks clueless Perhaps he deserves the chance to bring his own team in but those signings need to be made at the start of January as we look to be in free fall

Progress...best team since 99....get more fans down....blah, blah, blah. No-one in the squad who could play at a higher level, lots who belong in a lower level. Rotherham...no wins in TEN go above us today on the strength of one win...thats how rubbish we are. I seriously do not rate any Town players.

Fkn heartbreaking that someone like Steve Clarke was available aswell. He was advised by his agent to stay well clear of this jinxed football club for the sake of his career.

I'm not defending him but as I said on a thread the other day, we pissed about (as usual) in the time it took to appoint him and had he had time to recruit the players he wanted in the summer then we might be in a better position now.

Anyway moving away from Danny Ward (or the bloke with a really weird obsession with him). Why are we playing Holt up front in his own when next month he won't be here? Use the bloke by all means, but play someone up there with him.
