It's no buggy, could well cost us a result today but its the sort of injury that could have happened to anyone. He should be back next week.
Over and out

He has been off the field for five minutes and you are expecting people sat 60 miles away or more to know how long he will be out ?

If its a light head injury he'll probably be back next week, maybe two weeks tops?

He will be ok next week,be a precaution taking him off in case of concussion, sounds like he will need stiches.. Gone are the days of terry butcher style headbands.

Sure, it's a head injury now. But tomorrow it will be a knee injury, then his ankle the day after.
Regards, Huddersfield Town x

To paraphrase Thierry Henry, sometimes when you get kicked point blank in the head, you can't continue to play football.
All this sniping about Vaughan is pathetic. The man loves the club and doesn't enjoy being injured. Modern fans seem to demand loyalty from players while showing none in return.

Think vaughan has been shown plenty if loyalty from town fans given the circumstances. Righly so too but to say he doesn't get any is wrong.

I sometimes hope that players and club officials take absolutely not one iota of notice about anything spouted on social media!

You won't find another player at town with more commitment than Vaughan.. It's a head injury FFS! Some proper back stabbing fans on here & twitter who just love to target certain players, probably the same fans who were jumping up & down when he scored a crucial goal last week!

He's gone to hospital for check up. Concussion can become a serious business and not a nice experience.
Hope he recovers well.

Blow to the eye socket... Could be out a while and then masked. Let's prey it's only a bang to the head and nothing worse.

If won't have been his decision whether to carry on or not anyway, that now lies with the medical team for concussion.
Not exactly sure how it can possibly be his fault anyway.

Give the bloke a break FFS. He got kicked in the head giving 110 per cent for the team. If only everyone else was as consistently committed as JV.
