if they come out at 5 to 3, it means Togg has over run to some tune..he might be singing and dancing by then and have to be taken away for his own safety... I'm hoping Tog will take a lead from that crooner at Wigan and blast out some Northern Soul classics pre-match.

Not surprising we have a Premier League ref for this, they generally do that for the derbies. Still haven't forgiven Foy for the Barnsley match, though.

Pretty obvious why he was dropped from the Prem. Absolute bottler. Austin could and should have been sent off 3 times and Butterfield gets booked for breathing on one of them.

Dreadful
How Austin stayed on the field is at disgusting
Could have been sent off at least twice in the first challenge / afters alone then he clattered by touch line, should have gone again
(That said Butterfield could have gone (not in context of the above) and lynch on a yellow clattered Austin) and maybe a penalty - think he knew he had bottled the Austin decision there

Bottled it massively with Austin, both when he elbowed Hudson in the first half and when he jumped straight into Lynch/Robinson in the second half and got a 'talking to' despite appearing to be on his last warning.

I counted 3 last warnings. He made 3 yellow card challenges on Lynch alone, then Lynch got booked for being taken out!

Not only Austin should have walked but Murphy too, another absolute plank of a referee.

If this is the standard of refereeing! he was shocking an absolute bottler. Even the biased radio Leeds commentator Adam Pope said he should have gone, but he also said Butterfield should have gone.

Poor display from a top flight official. Austin should have gone in the first half and their left back gets a booking for a slightly mistimed challenge......pathetic. When officials of his repute cant see the difference between a poor challenge and a mistime its a bad sign for the game......butterfield was booked for nothing and earlier in the move scanz made what i thought was a poor tackle and nothing!

butterfields challenge warranted no booking, and what was the clueless numpty doing booking lynch? as for that thug Austin... it beggars belief he wasn't sent off.
as for radio leeds..... gonna have trouble with those brown tongues after sticking them so far up Leeds's arse they could probably lick their teeth.
just a bad day in general. good referees these premier league refs...... not.
