This Saturday, 10 am 'til 11am, at PPG Canalside, born and bred local resident, lifelong fan and now Town chairman Dean Hoyle will be the guest at our first ever breakfast QnA. Come and ask Dean whether he is getting fed up with being Town chairman? (as per the many posts/threads on DATM this season.) Or you could ask him how proud he is to be Chairman of West Yorkshire's highest ranking association football club. Or how Chris Powell survived Dean's recent skiing holiday, when many on DATM were calling for the axe to fall via a phone call from a chairlift? Or why the pricing for our highest profile match of the season is comparatively such good value to all other clubs at our level when they play their derbies? If he likes Italy? Or Italians? Or the colour purple? Pizza express or hut? Dassandros or Prego? Or anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Should be a great hour!! Breakfast and ale served from 0900 Info on official site via the link below: www.htafc.com/news/article/huddersfield-town-dean-hoyle-ppg-canalside-leeds-united-2232058.aspx

Can someone ask him how he feels about one of his fellow directors on the Town board suggesting that the club have no influence over a supplier to a company that Dean is also a director of?
Also can he accept my applause on behalf of all Town fans for the positive way in which he, Chris Powell and Hudds Town FC came across in the recent "Inside Out" documentary short. I watched it with a cynics eye ready to baulk, and pretty much all the programme that wasn't the bit featuring Town satisfied that cynicism, full of seemingly uneducated made up nonsense, personal agendas and people trying too hard to say the right thing. The openness and straightforwardness at Town was a stark and enlightening contrast.
Can he also be asked if we've been approached by the "@ Academy" film crew to showcase any talent, or if they're only looking at the "top level" Academy setups.
Also... what's the "next step" with regards to our Academy and development squad setups. Results wise we seem to have been consistently at the top of the game at our level over the last couple of years. Is there any aim or gain associated with pushing the Academy up a level so our kids are competing with the very best talent in the country from the Premier League clubs, or are we satisfied with where we are for the meantime, and probably been relatively attractive a prospect to kids for the level we're at?
Thanks.

Can somebody ask him what he thinks of fans repeatedly asking other fans to ask questions on their behalf at Q&A's, and whether he wishes he'd built Canalside nearer Golcar? ;-)

Can someone just tell him that he and his team of directors and coaching staff are doing a great job, and to hang in there, ignoring any crap flung about on social media (including DATM)? Thanks!

***SERIOUS QUESTION***
Be great if you could ask him opinion on Powell using the soon to be out of contract Gobern ahead of young talent like Billing - furthermore, as a fan would he like to see Joe Lolley get more than 5 minutes a game?!

I hope overall that he will feel valued and appreciated. The 'Steady progress' thread tells the story.
Some fans demand instant success at any cost (to Dean) and Dean and his staff have come in for far too much criticism and even abuse at times. Whatever our temporary perceived failings, disappointments and shortcomings under his Chairmanship, it could have been very bleak indeed had he not come in when he did.

Please don't mention Steady's progress after his performance for the Chicks at Chelski

Thanks. Your last question -about where does the academy go.If you mean will the club go for cat one status-he answered this at the last q and a at canalside twelve months ago.The cost in terms of providing the educational facilities to comply with cat one regulations is prohibitive at the moment but if we ever get in the premiership it is something that could be looked at.
