Interesting stat... In last 20 Games against teams positioned below them in the table, Brentford have won 17, drawn 3 and lost 0 of these matches.
Think we will lose
2-1

Remember town getting turned over against Wolves, then getting an unexpected point at Bournemouth. Town got turned over against Charlton on Saturday, and wondering if the Brentford result could end up with an inconsistent town earning what would be a very welcome point .

I think this has been a great opportunity missed to call this thread 'Bees v Terriers'. Think of all the puns it could have led to.
As for the game, I think we'll get stung.
Edit: I see Nick has now changed the name of the thread. Great!

Where do you get these stats from?! They've lost to both Birmingham and Charlton in the last few weeks...

I've got my ticket and don't want to go after Saturday's dross. The perils of buying in advance

I am also fairly sure Town's victory against them in December will have been in their last 20 matches. Nick...get your coat son ;-)

Be happy with a point. Fingers crossed for 3.

Same tactics as B'mouth, pack the midfield, let Hogg and Edgar sit in front of the defence. Draw would be great.

I make it they've lost 5 times to teams that were below them in the last 20 games.. Your stats are terrible Nick!

I wonder how many times 'there's a real buzz in the stadium' has been used...

Surely the fact we are inconsistent, can beat anyone or lose to any one at anytime makes Town a fantastic team to support. Just think you could support Barcelona and get completely depressed when they only beat Almeria away 5.0.

If it's 451 that's exactly the team id have gone with, which probably means we are going to lose.

Rubbish stat But apart from the ones that they lost to, the stat is correct. Town are unbeaten too this season, using similar logic. Any so called "loss" is simply a statistical anomaly.

Is Coady still not fit enough to start? Can't imagine we'd pick Edgar in midfield ahead of him in a midfield three, if it is 4-5-1.

I'm torn between a good win, a really shit loss or a boring draw. I have no idea what impact our formation will have or if CPs liking of sausages will have an impact on the result. I do know I won't be there which could lead to a strangely good win, followed by a really poor performance against Rotherham on Saturday.

Happy with the formation but not so much with Edgar in midfield. Hope he has a cracker and proves me wrong.

Edgar is not good enough to be playing in our team.... in any position.

Heard team as I drove back from Batley Carr is Edgar playing, he was crap on Saturday, Powell is just trying Not toto lose imo Coady is always likely to score

Not really sure how Coady has lost his midfield berth after one average display...light years ahead of Edgar imo
