Commentator is a bell end, it bounced up at his knee. Wasn't exactly a sitter I'd expect Miller to stick that it, let alone a guy who cost 60m plus! (allegedly) He wasn't expecting the shot to be miss hit and dragged in to his path and then when it was it was at penis height. That would have taken some reaction to adjust and finish that with any kind of control

Ronaldo booked for diving. Didn't realise that was an offence in the Spanish league.

I see that Suarez has reverted to more orthodox methods of cheating. You just don't need to go around biting people when you can dive and run your studs down someone's leg.

That's one hell of a suit that Alex Song is wearing.
Great lapels.

Some touch and finish by Suarez for the winner. There was far too much rolling around going on by them. Also did anyone else think it was odd that both teams were all pally in the tunnel before kick off?

Also did anyone else think it was odd that both teams were all pally in the tunnel before kick off? Agreed on all points. This cuddling in the tunnel before games and even laughing and joking together at the end really annoys me. Bring back Keane at Highbury ... that's how a big game should be played!

It's not as feisty as when Mourinho was in charge at Madrid, guaranteed at least one red card every game.

22 great players cheating and trying to get each other sent off ably assisted by a gullible referee. Sums up spanish football for me. Makes it almost unwatchable despite the quality of the players on show and a great example of why the prem is so much more popular around the world than La Liga. El Crapico.

The premier league isn't much better, you only have to see the teams that come down to the championship to see they're used to flinging themselves down at every opportunity.

Well I agree its certainly becoming more of an issue here. But its still nowhere near the levels you see in spanish games, particularly that one. The Liverpool v Man Utd game was a hugely better game to watch.
The prem needs to get to grips with the issue before it gets too bad here, as nothing will stop it being the global phenomenon quicker than losing its fairness and whats left of its honesty.

This game unsurprisingly got the highest attendance in Europe this weekend (75k I think) Second highest?? Incredibly, Bristol vs Walsall in the JPT final with over 73,000!

Cheating is getting worse at the top level.. Bunch of overpayed/egotistic/whining/cheating wankers killing the game as a spectacle!
