I used to buy a programme at every game home and away. Not any more though, I stopped buying them just after New Year as I finally grew tired of the the poor over priced newspaper we have now. These days I get a free copy from someone who sits in a exec box and I can honestly say it takes me 5 mins to read. I'm mystified that every other club can produce a proper programme and yet we can't, I also think £2 for a newspaper is expensive when you consider the Football League paper is 50p cheaper and has a lot less adverts in it The FL paper no doubt has a significantly bigger circulation than ours so economies of scale etc.

It is crap! £2 for a newspaper is extortionate. I have seen better efforts in Emley's league. I do agree with what was posted earlier though, in that the internet and multi media has destroyed the traditional programme. I think Queens Park FC in Scotland only do an on-line programme. www.queensparkfc.co.uk/?p=1857Went to watch Brighouse Town vs Mossley couple of weeks back and the programme was £1.. Had everything in you'd need. Managers comments, reviews of past game and prep for that days game, fixtures etc.. No errors... And that's the Evo-Stik league FFS! It can be done. I watch a few non league games and they always produce a reasonable programme. It doesn't have to anything extravagant.

I have not seen a thread on this recently. Appreciate that we have enough on the field problems at the moment but - I just wondered what everyone's views are on the clubs offering for fans this season? The "Programme" was replaced by the £2.00 newspaper - whilst I hate this and am a collector of football programmes I have still bought one at every game to support the club. Frankly I am amazed, given our owners retail business experience, with the poor quality of this paper. Recently, there have been printing errors all over the place and on Saturday the Fulham section read "Introduction to Norwich" This is third rate and something I would expect in non league - why would this not be proof read before printing? It is all very well being told that we need to buy a Season Card (already done so) but IMO the club is getting the basics wrong - I remember when we were winning awards for our programme - I would be interested to see the sales figures for the paper. This may appear to be trivial - but I doubt any visitors to our stadium will be impressed with this lack of professionalism. There's no threads on it because it's not really worth fussing over, and it was discussed to death when it first came out. Its still shit though.

Last newspaper version of GUAH today-!-Not many will be sorry to see its demise! In 25 years time they'll be changing hands at £5000 a set, because hardly anybody will have saved them.
